Website says they close at 9, but the lady on the phone says they close at 8 and was unwilling to take my order.

My family and I wanted to come to good times to enjoy a quick and easy lunch. We arrived at 12:20 and got our drinks by 12:40 which is not bad they didn't seem to be busy or shortly staffed. My husband and I ordered just chili fries since we had to be at a graduation soon and they took almost a whole hour just for chili fries!!! It does not take over an hour to just make a set of chili fries. Other customers that were seated also took a while for their food to arrive and they had a bigger order than just chili fries. I am very upset about my experience when usually it never takes this for just fries!!

Great food and we all loved being able to mix and match the soda flavors! Granddaughter LOVED the chocolate diet coke!

I guess 4th time is not a charm 4 times I've ordered a French dip and the au ju sauce was not included 2 previous times when I called I asked please include the French dip sauce since the first one was forgotten it's in the name how can you let it go out without it? Also ordered extra ranch and was charged for it not a single ranch included got a pastrami sandwich for my wife expressed in the order please don't forget the cheese this time. Guess what no cheese and 3 thin slices of hard dry pastrami, no cheese as requested. 3 orders of fries were soggy and undercooked again no ranch. I ordered the fonz no thousand island dressing to be found. This last Oder was delivered by door dash and I requested the driver to make sure everything was correct they responded absolutely, so rest assured I will be reaching out to them as well but quality control needs to start with the establishment. Not 60 dollars well spent for 3 people. I see the owner responded to many low star reviews blaming door dash for not checking the orders. I'm sorry I don't want a random stranger rifling through my bag of food opening my burgers and sandwiches to make sure they are right.

Came here this past weekend for the first time to try some burgers and wow they didn’t disappoint. The staff were great, the food was delicious and very plentiful. The fries are perfectly seasoned and a little crispy just the way I like it. Definitely will be back and this place deserves 2 thumbs up.

How do u screwup a burger and fries order? Forget the fries. Delivered without fries. Refund yes, but how about just bring me my fries. Don't know how to until.

Went in by myself to put in a to go order. Asked for a burger withchili-fries and was asked for $24. I asked why so much and the lady replied that it was $10.50 for fries but only $1.50 to add chili to the included fries. I confirmed my preference and paid the $14. After I paid and received my change she told me it would be 25 minutes for the order to be ready. The place wasn't crowded and I asked her to clarify how long it would be. She confirmed 25 minutes. I had already paid so didn't cancel the order. I went across the street and waited in the park and came back after 20 minutes (I set my timer). My order was ready. Went across the street and the food was lukewarm and tasted as if it had been sittting around for 10+ minutes... Just overall terrible customer service. The food is mediocre.

I would first like to state, that I did not have a good time, at the good times cafe. Secondly, I am not a tortoise. Therefore, I do not appreciate receiving my salad minus the dressing. Third, let us mention the very unloaded, loaded fries (minuscule cheese/bacon concoction.) And lastly, the very dry chicken tenders sans ranch and fully intact string cheese in a coat of bread crumbs. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!

This place is next door to the Park Cinemas and it's a great place to dine before taking in a show for the night,,,when the theater is open for business otherwise you'll have to just watch a video at home after having a meal from the cafe. Try the Duke Burger,,,,onion rings, bacon, cheese....what else can you want pilgrim?

Staff was really sweet and down to earth! The jalapeño poppers were delicious and the baked fries were great too! Love the interior and the effort put into it. Definitely recommend!
