We were seated at our reservation time and the patio was pleasant. Our server, Jason, was knowledgeable and competent. The food as always was outstanding from the endive salad to the salmon and the osso bucco. Thank you for a memorable night.

The food was meh, the service was terrible. Had to stand up and wave my arms to get water. Once food was delivered, asked for fresh Parmesan for the pasta...two servers and arm waving again, we got some cheese for our our pasta. We were seated "outside". Maybe inside is better service. Good luck.
They food is extraordinary. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio with sliced truffle and a rich cream (it should be illegal). Service was outstanding. We dined on the patio, which could use a decor update to better match the interior, but I was grateful to even get in as the inside was all booked. We will definitely be back.

All of our dinners, our salads, our crostini and our desserts were excellent - imaginative and tasty in generous but not overwhelming portions . The waitstaff was pleasant and efficient, our waiter was right on in his suggestions. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful dinner at Il Cortile. We all had the endive salad special with pears which was fantastic. And various fish dishes sea bass and salmon also very good. We finished dinner with a lovely pear cobbler. Service was attentive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

IL Cortile was perfect! As usual! From the moment you walk in, you're made to feel comfortable and taken care of, the food is insanely good and the service is impeccable. You have a customer for life in me. Thanks
Food was meh. Service was terrible. Had to stand and wave someone down for water. Had to ask twice to get parmesan cheese for pasta, again, arm waving. Maybe inside is a better experience--we were on "patio". Good luck.

I love it when the owner is involved and the woman who owns and runs Il Cortile was very much helping to run the place, she overheard us discussing wines and offered us expert advice. Food and ambiance was stunning. We'll be back!
We had the scallops, the crostini con burrata and wild boar pappardelle. Everything was so delicious but the crostini was excellent! We almost ordered again as our dessert! The service was unhurried and professional. We will be back.

This was our third visit to Il Cortile. We always find the food top notch, so no questions there. On this particular visit, the service was lacking. We ordered drinks, but they didn't show up until we were finishing our salads. The tables against the wall, the two-tops, seemed just a tad too close together. When the neighboring table is asking where your drinks are instead of the server; problems. Again dinner, the food, excellent. At the end of the meal, we noticed it was the bartender that came over to clear the table. On our next visit to Paso Robles, we won't be back to Il Cortile.

We enjoyed an incredible evening at Il Cortile. Service was spectacular - from front of house to the wait staff to the bar staff. The food was exceptional. The octopus was the best we've ever tasted and the scallops were amazing. The special risotto (truffle) was out of this world. Our only regret is that we don't live closer so we can make Il Cortile a regular part of our dining-out experiences! If you're in Paso, please don't miss out on a very special dining experience.
