The ham and Brie danish is to die for. Customer service is always amazing. First time I went was back in November and the owner herself went around checking in on people with the warmest smile. Went there yesterday and wanted to take some danishes home but didn't want it sitting in the car while we were at the beach. They were nice enough to let us keep our pastries with them all day and picked up before closing.

Staff does not understand their own website or products they carry, condescending and plain untruthful. Locals avoid AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of other good bakeries in the area. It's a shame since their baked goods are quite good. The staff, supervisors and Management refuse to take responsibility for anything they say and have major challenges keeping their stories straight.

I just had the best cookie in my entire life!!! I legit pulled over to write this!!! The texture is perfect! The flavors are on point! Sweet, not too sweet, salty, chewy ,soft but also crispy! The science!!!!! What a sweet place with so many yummy looking options. I'll have to snap pictures next time I go. And I'm definitely going back soon!!! The team is amazing, and you can taste the love and passion! I could see right into the kitchen, which I love! Clean, bright, and full of busy bees! I'm in love with this place! Well done, ladies!!

We signed an agreement for a wedding cake as Just Baked looked to deliver high-quality baked goods. Unfortunately, we never got to see it on account of a poor customer experience. My fiancée reached out to see if we could add items to our order and got an automated "new customer" email in return. Upon following up directly, the owner was short, rude and condescending. My fiancée was open to looking past it, however the next email was left without a response for the better part of two weeks, at which point we decided to look elsewhere. If you're popping in for a treat, go for it. If you're planning a large event and need to bank on pleasant and responsive people, I'd keep looking...

We bought a carrot cake for my husbands birthday. What a disappointment. All hard frosting hardly ANY cake. The cake part was good! But my gosh the hard filling and frosting was yucky! And it was so expensive. Next time I will make one myself.:(

Visiting and found this gem. Wonderful selection of cookies, cupcakes, scones, and pastries. They also offer quiche which is fantastic. Staff was so nice and friendly special shout out to EMILY who took care of us up to our last day "thank you" so much! Your bakery goods are unique and delicious! My favorites include croffins, tarts, all cookies brownies and cinnamon rolls. We will definitely be back!

Just Baked, located in downtown Paso, is such a wonderful sweet, treat heaven! They have a wide variety of cookies, cupcakes, and other delicious treats. Everyone working is friendly and super helpful, which is always nice. Visited here the first time during the holidays and it was packed inside. They have a good amount of indoor seating which was very convenient. Got a variety pack of cupcakes, cookies and other sweet treats delivered for Christmas and they were all absolutely amazing. So flavorful and yummy! The chocolate cupcake with white frosting and sprinkles was a big hit! Glad to see a local spot like this open up in Paso!
