It took almost 10 minutes for the server to approach our table. He brought our water, and it took 30 minutes for us to get anything else. He brought us our first dish, but still hadn't brought our drinks . There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so I'm not sure what was going on. Otherwise, the food and ambience was fantastic!
Mia was our server and she was fantastic. The food was surprisingly enjoyable. We aren't familiar with Peruvian food and the experience at Mistura made us want to come back and possibly travel to Peru! So thank you

First time diners for a 2 birthdays celebration dinner. Started with the Rompe Niels ceviche appetizer which was a wonderfully mango-flavored ceviche and the Colorao cauliflower bbq flavored appetizer. We continued with the De Mi Tierra salad which was wonderfully fresh with crunchy quinoa and heirloom tomatoes.
