The place is very tastefully done for a Mexican restaurant and their food is amazing. I tried it for the first time this week and wound up eating there three times in the same week, the red chilaquiles are some of the best I've had in this town and they're Arachera steak is also amazing.

Upon entering, I felt the warm friendly ambiance that you want in a restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food? The food was amazing! I tried the cauliflower tacos and an asparagus soup and my husband had the seafood pasta both left us wanting more! If you are in the area looking for a nice relaxing place to have an amazing meal, this is it! We will definitely visit this restaurant again!

Delicious breakfast. Walked in on an early Saturday morning. Chorizo omelette was delicious. Country potatoes (with peppers) were excellent. Giant cup of coffee. Couldn't be more pleased with service and ambiance.

This restaurant is great! The service was excellent along with the food. There was four of us in the group. We ordered the following: breakfast burrito, chorizo tacos and two orders of the hamburger all of which were excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and they above and beyond unexpectedly to help us celebrate. I recommend this place.
Definitely has 5 star potential. It's a very nice and clean facility and the service was good. The food was served very quickly and it was all cooked just as ordered. It was a great meal. I had steak and eggs. Typical when I order a medium rare breakfast steak at other places it's usually overcooked a little, but this steak was perfectly cooked. I was very happy with my meal and the price for breakfast is great. It's a new restaurant and I will try again and update my review. Excited for this business and wish them success.

The Monarca Restaurant is one my favorite new places to enjoy well prepared cuisine served with the right touch of elegant presentation. We had the extremely satisfying Meat Lovers Skillet Breakfast and the best Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. A great family owned and operated food experience with an adequate classy ambiance. The menu has choices of unique varieties to please your desired taste! A five star place of food, service, and good atmosphere with reasonable prices. You'll be glad you don't miss it when you visit the Paso Robles area.
