I took my 96 year old father here for dinner last week. He loves liver and onions but it was not on the menu. He had not had it anywhere in a very long time. Out of the blue he asked the waitress if they could possibly fix it for him and she readily agreed! Who has liver just sitting around?!! He thoroughly enjoyed his dinner. It was well cooked and fresh and a very generous sized serving. I had a sampler plate of appetizers which was also very good and I had enough leftover to take home for lunch the next day. Paradise Grill is a little off the beaten path but the parking is easy, the food is good, and the staff is so nice! Thank you for making my dad’s day!

This restaurant is a great little gem in the uptown neighborhood of Paso Robles. The atmosphere is like a time capsule back to the '70s. Great for breakfast lunch and dinner. Dine in or take out. I highly recommend the ceviche!Kid-friendliness: Children's menuParking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair access ♿

The Paradise Grill is a great Family Restaurant, with a Mexican & American Menu ! It has an excellent menu with Mexican specialties and American favorites. Plenty of Parking Spring & 28th Street . It was Wilson's if memory serves me right? Which was a wonderful restaurant we all frequented it regularly years back. I'm really glad I stopped by and had myself a nice late lunch I got a Philly Cheese Sandwich for starters, while waiting to check in with Super Storage on 28th Street. I recommend Paradise grill it's time to get back in touch with Real Family restaurants, we get so easily distracted by the Big Restaurant Chain operations, the Back Bone of America are getting hit hard. The service was great ? which is as important as the delicious food served hot ! And with a smile! Clean as we're the utensils and glasses. Treat yourself to a delicious Mexican specialty instead of the "Same ol same ol

Very disappointed with the quality of the top sirloin entree (delivery) and was refunded a fraction for the meal. Sides were ok but overall not good.

Delicious meal! I had shrimp tacos. Best I’ve ever had! My husband had a patty melt with onion rings, delicious. A hidden gem ????

I had Chilequiles and my husband had a club sandwich. Both good. Saw Eggs Benedict go to another table. Those looked good too. The servers were very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Fun music playing lightly in background (like Elvis). Nice ambience. Medium pricing. Looks like they have a Karaoke set up if you're there in the evening, maybe only on weekends.

Really enjoyed the fifties atmosphere when we walked in, we were seated right away and we had service on our drink orders right away by very friendly staff. They brought a bowl of chips with some good salsa while we decided what to order. We both ordered off of the Mexican menu. The food was excellant, the rice and beans above average with my bacon wrapped shrimp an excellant choice, my wife got a shrimp tostada which she really liked. The prices were reasonable especially considering the quality and quality of the dishes. I will definately go back again when I visit Paso Robles again.

We order from here a lot on doordash. Always love the food and quality. We decided to dine in...mistake. Everyone was very friendly, but service was so slow and very scattered. We were greeted by one person and told she was cleaning a table for us, then 2 minutes later we are greeted by someone else and they went to find a table for us. Our drink order was taken....then it took forever for someone to come back and take our order. It took waving someone down and this person was different. Finally ordered our food and for simple breakfast items and a half sandwich with chicken noodle soup, we waited over 30 minutes. The quality was terrible. Very rushed and thrown together. We had to keep asking for silverware, napkins, straws, etc.I will continue my doordash orders with them, but I won't dine in ever again.

Best menudo I've had in years, maybe even a decade. Fresh, handmade corn tortillas too? Killer stop!

What a fun surprise to visit a restaurant that changed name and hands of Wilson’s Restaurant to “Paradise Grill” retaining the feeling of hometown hospitality paired with “Mom’s home cooking” taste. Shared a fun and special 81st birthday lunch with my dear friend Genise. I had 1/2 BLT and cup of fabulous chicken soup loaded with fresh vegetables. Genise had the patty melt with onion rings. She had enough to take home for a second meal? Band music weekends and reminded me of fun childhood “ milkshake’ memories with my family.
