Just passing through Pasa Robles and wanted to grab some local wine. They have a good variety to choose from! I would stop here again.

Not a great selection of wines, better to go to a winery where you can learn about the wines.

My friend and I had the best time at the Wine Merchant. The layout of the restaurants gives that market atmosphere. Pretty cool. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food menus and gave great recommendations. I will definitely stop by during my next trip to Paso Robles.Parking: There are limited parking spots behind the restaurant, but there is a gravel lot next to it. Also there is street parking as well.

What a spot!!!!! My goodness. We loved this place so much we went two days in a row! The wine selection is wonderful, the employees are so sweet and welcoming, we felt like we were family! The chef is amazing and does such a good job with the menu! Everything was out of this world! But the olives I still have dreams about!

We really enjoying coming to the Wine Wednesday events hosted here, gives us an opportunity to try more wineries after work hours! The most recent event we got to try German wines, a German pretzel and delcious spaetzle! You can eat anywhere at the Paso Market walk and go back for your tasting pours

My wife and I had a great lunch today, and the mushroom toast was fabulous. Our server was very knowledgeable of both the menu and local wineries. She told us about some of the more unusual wines in the area, as well as the sources of ingredients for the meal.To top it off, the Chef was kind enough to come out and share the mushroom toast recipe! It's bistro atmosphere, thus the 4 stars. If you are looking for an informal environment, great food and attentive service, this is the place for you!

The food is delicious, the ingredients are locally sourced, fresh and seasonal. Best wine selection in town. The bottle shop features some wines you can’t find elsewhere. If you haven’t been, go!!

Believe all of the positive reviews about this restaurant. The food and service are fantastic. We tried many dishes, and all were outstanding. Notably, their grilled cheese was excellent with crispy bits of cheese clinging to the outside of the bread. Their charcuterie board was thoughtfully-assembled and tasty. The salad was balanced and perfectly seasoned. The service was A+, super warm and friendly. We will definitely return and recommend this place to all of our friends.

I really like their Wednesday evening series showcasing smaller wineries, many without their own tasting rooms. This provides attendees the chance to taste wines from smaller producers, chat with the winemakers and their team, and support these hard working folks who are following their passion. Thank you for expanding our palates!
