The last straw has been pulled. Togo's was my favorite sandwich and I was even willing to pay the overly exorbitant 17$ price for the sandwich because I always remember togo's was very generous with their meat and it was still worth it. Until now. When I opened my sandwich and found 1/4 of the meat I am used to seeing. Alas, it is time to say good bye to togo's as it is simply not worth it anymore.

5 stars based on my customer service experience. I didn't want to make dinner and had to run out of the house. We decided on sandwiches and I stopped by Togo's on my way home. I picked the perfect time, nobody in line and was helped immediately. I regret not getting the name of the young lady that helped me, she was friendly and a pleasure to chat with while she made my 2 sandwiches. Dark curly hair and just a joyful person. Tried something new and got the #37 brewpub chicken on parm bread. Got my husband a pepper jack melt (#32.) Sandwiches tasted great, fresh and lots of toppings. As I have said before Togo's is consistant and this time did not dissapoint. I love their fountain machine, lots of drink options with the flavors, can't go wrong with the Dt cherry dr pepper. They have a lot of new sandwich options that looked good on the menu. The dining room was clean as were the tables and drink area. I am already ready to go back~ Great job Togo's!

Owner and some staff are friendly. Most seem like they hate their job and look miserable. They take their sweet time. They need to learn to pay attention to what customers are saying. They ask what you want on your sandwich and don't really pay attention because they repeat themselves more than 2 times and half the time, they hear wrong. Sometimes they don't even get the order right at all. Tonight, I asked for ranch on my sandwich and they put the smallest amount imaginable. Couldn't even taste it. Had to come home and put more on. They need to step it up at this location.

Let me start with saying I love togos, but when I visited this particular togos, it was enough to make me never visit again. This place needs the health department called on them. It was disgustingly dirty EVERYWHERE. Not a clean table top in the restaurant to eat, the floor was gross, the countertop where the sandwiches were made was disgusting- the bathroom was so dirty, it made me wonder how the employees could actually wash their hands in there before returning to work to make peoples food!!! It was absolutely appalling!!!! I mean I've seen gross things before, but nothing compares to how gross this place was. If your considering togos in Patterson- SKIP IT! For your health.

Absolutely the Best service always!!I work at greatclips so I'm there alot,Linda the manager is so nice and always just great to say the least!!! All the staff is super friendly. Had the opportunity to meet the new owner Jaz last night as well, so friendly and down to earth,great sandwich also...

It just gets worse at this location. 10/9/22 @ noon. The staff is clueless, disrespectful and ignorant to good business practices!! This experience is one of the worst I can think of because it was all 3 staff members including the manager. My wife ordered a Triple dip, the response was WHICH ONE, then server went on about roast beef, turkey and pastrami, which did my wife want. My wife pointed out that all 3 meats come on the TRIPLE DIP, hence the name. Servers eyes rolling and whatever the other gestures, manager silently observing. When I ordered A CHEESE STEAK, I was berated as to which, chicken, pastrami or steak, I said the CHEESE STEAK #33,again I was scolded because I didn't refer to it the way they do inside the store. Well I'm not a TOGOS employee. AGAIN the manager standing observing silently while servers disrespect paying customers. One of the servers told us in a nut shell to shut up we're going to get our sandwiches! All 3 stood laughing when we declined our order, giving thumbs up when I asked how the owner would feel about losing a $50 order? I'm curious how many times a day this happens? Lastly I feel by their behavior there can't be much attention to quality customer service.I could have gone into much more detail as to each of these servers behaivoir.I will be sure to pass this on to people I know, I'm a long term Patterson resident.Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter
The sour dough roll was not good. No flavor and kinda dried out.

Good sandwiches, good service. My concern is the people working there need to wear hair nets or keep their hair tight to their head. Wear a hat.

Went today around 6:50 pm after checking the hours online which clearly stated they close at 8 pm just to find the place closed. They even habe the hours posted by the front door showing they close at 8 pm. Not sure what's going on with this Togos but this is the 2nd time I've found it closed.

I have ordered a sandwich for my mom and I and unfortunately we have been sick ever since. We have diarrhea and been throwing up. I have gotten sick before from this TOGO'S hoping that this time I wouldn't. Not only were we sick but the service was terrible. The woman serving us was sassy and completely sarcastic. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
