So glad to have a new restaurant in Pearblossom, and even happier there are vegan options. I tried all three and they all had great flavor, especially the Impossible and tofu options. Very non-traditional tacos but delicious with very friendly and helpful staff! Also recommend the homemade Nutella-filled Madeleine's.Vegetarian options: Three vegan options, listed under the seafood and vegan section on menu.
Made to order gourmet tacos. The friendliest French people you want to meet. This roadside stop was exactly what I was looking for on a Saturday morning motorcycle ride. All of their good is made to order. The French taco was amazing. I'll be going back soon for the Cheeseburger taco. It's crazy good.

These tacos were so delicious. This was my second time here. The shrimp tacos!! I'm obsessed. The pastrami taco bomb! Can't wait to try the poke taco next time. The pictures don't do them justice. I didn't get a picture of the pastrami taco because it was eaten too fast.
