Had not been to this location in a few yearsWe got our order to go first thing I noticed was bathroom was not available to use for public and the whole dining area was unorganizedThe bathroom was available for public use before but some reason it was blocked off nowThe young lady at the register was professional and attentiveI Ordered Carne asada fries which came in a good portion but the meat, guacamole had no flavor or barely any seasonings overall just the fries were enjoyable so to sum it up overall I would not return but maybe other dishes have better flavor

A year ago, I gave this place a good review, but since then, it has been going down. The food is not good anymore. The customer service is off. Today, I placed my order and went to pick it up, and I and my husband asked to use the restroom. The lady pointed to the sign that states no public restroom, but we are your customers who paid for your food. The lady said it's because of the taco truck that was outside...my husband said that the truck isn't even open, and we are "your" customers. I don't believe we will be returning to that location anymore because of the lack of "customer" service that was presented. I wouldn't even recommend this location to anyone anymore. We've used the restroom when their was a different person working and they didn't have a problem but she did.

I can believe I spend $20 for a machaca plate. That was served small portion for a child., they give me 4 tortillas but I had to use 1 and half to to put all the machaca. They expected ne to fill up on tortilla.

I made my order pretty clear to the restaurant lady and once I got home, my order was not what I ordered. I asked for everything on both entrées and I also asked what does "everything" consist of?. She told me and I said yes please. Well, everything was not on my food either was the extra items that I asked to be on it. I'll take that drive all the way too Riverside, atleast I know I will get what I ask for on my food

Extremely EXPENSIVE for no reason. I mean they want $9 for a Bean & Cheese Burrito. Absolutely crazy! There are so many other Mexican food restaurants that are much more affordable and the food is the same or better. (Los Jilbertos being one of them). Customer service is horrible. The girl that works there has an attitude all the time. There Tuesday Fish Taco and Asada Taco specials are a joke(as in there barely anything) . I'll never go here again. Just the worst.

Does not add up. 1 chille relleno burrito and one bean and cheese burrito with egg $20… maybe I wouldn’t have thought twice if the food was good, the establishment was in better conditions and in a better location. I happen to be driving through and glad it’s not my go to option. Either way, never again.
