i am a regular costumer at this establishment and i cannot stress how accommodating the ladies here are. they always seem eager to help me and i know every time i walk in i'm bound to get great costumer service and even a bit of friendly interaction. though i don't know them by name, the ladies here are great! definitely recommend this place, and if you're looking for a drink to try out the pumpkin spice cheesecake milkshake is so yummy!

Terrible, terrible service! There were 2 large groups in front of me and 3 girls helping them, when they finished with the 1st group, 2 girls decided to go in the back and chit chat, meanwhile 1 girl stayed to finish the 2nd group and then wait on me. Very rude, terrible service!! The ice cream was terrible, the service was terrible, everything was a complete mess!

I don't know who the workers are but I went in at around 9 pm on February 10 and they are so nice. The girl we got was so nice and even cleaned a tiny bit of icecream that got on the outside of the cup that other places wouldn't even acknowledge.

This location is located by Wendy's at the Walmart shopping center. I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino Blast which tasted as expected and very satisfying. They have a good variety of Grab 'N Go cakes and pre-packed icecream quarts. The store is clean and very organized with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, I was happy with the service I received at this location.

Horrible service. They're only letting 6 customers in at a time and despite them having 10+ people in the store only my mother and I were asked to wait outside. We were the only white people and and we were not the last people in. Will not support this rasict location.
