Terrible service, it took an hour or more to serve us, we were invisible to the waiters. I like IHOP, but this is really one of the worst. I don't live in Perris, I'm just passing through. THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS WHAT COUNTS

It's an IHOP, as far as IHOPS go food was good, fast, server was friendly. My only issues was my Mother-in-law ordered the Happy Face Pancake combo which apparently was a "kid's meal". She was told that next time she wouldn't be able to order it because it was "kid's meal". She can't eat much due to stomach cancer issues, and always goes for smaller portions wherever she goes. Is this an IHOP thing? Even if you pay for it, an adult can't order whatever they want? I'm confused. Besides that, service was good.

The truth is that we know a lot about going to eat at the ihop in Menifee but it was already late and we decided to go to the one in perris! The waitresses be more attentive, it seems like they are falling asleep and you can't hear what they are talking about! They are very boring, they serve you reluctantly.

Husband and I went to the restaurant at 8:30pm Saturday night and the place was closed when online it states IHOP is open till 10pm.

Food was great, my server was good too but he had too many tables to attend to at one time which made me (and others) wait on him for service at times. I definitely think they needed more help in the morning to serve. Other than that everything was awesome!

Pros: I chanced trying the gluten free pancakes…no reaction. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. The kids enjoyed the kids eat free meals of chocolate pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Another non-GF adult tried the biscuits and gravy and loves it! That is the main reason we tried this place out. Ben was a great waiter!Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pancakes were fantastic! No reactions for this super sensitive gal.
