Nice staff but the food is abysmal. I even went inside so that they could take their time and maybe I don't know, make me fresh food?? Ordered a simple jr. Cheese burger and it was $7! $7 for a cold flat piece of cardboard... Never again.

I am stuck coming this jack do to the location of my job. I use the app to do pick up order at the counter to avoid the drive thru line. A few visits the lobby been closed. I will give them a pass on 1 time do to issues they posted a sign. But so many times? They don't always get all the food right in the bag. Don't take their word for it. I tried calling and either busy signal everytime I called (off the hook) or no answer. I may need to change where I go for lunch or dinner.

Definitely never eating jack at all this has been the 2nd time my 6 year old and I have gotten food poisoning from this location always seem to feel sick after eating jack its not even worth
Rude customer service. Incompetent management staff. I went through drive-thru and purchase two meals, when it was time to pay I requested to add small fries to my order, they refused to help me and ordered me to go around again in the slow drive thru line. I was told by the manager that she couldn't add anything to my order because the customer behind me had ordered tacos. Although I was making a small but expensive purchase she did not provide excellent customer service. Honestly there's way more to this story but im not really in the mood to over explain myself. I just know I won't be recommending this location to anyone. To top it off, I was yelled at when all I wanted was a burger.

The worst. They are unprofessional and also, Eric or Chris called my sister a bitch when they were paying attention when I was ordering my food and they refused me service because they were laughing and not wanted to work. When I asked for the corporate number. They gave me a cell phone number in which it was the man who called my sister a bitch. On top of that, jack has contact me regarding this incident.
