Supposed to open at 8… it’s 8:10 place is dark like no one is even here. I timed my drive this morning to be able to stop and get a bowl for breakfast but that shouldn’t be the point. It’s one thing for someone to be running late (though I imagine their shift started earlier than 8 as they’d have to perform opening “duties” before unlocking the doors)… but even if they were running late, there shouldn’t be just one person to open for this very reason!If you only have 1 person opening the store you need to make sure it’s someone reliable.

So ya boy was out here looking for a yummy treat right, however when I pulled up to the Jamba Juice it was locked! However the girl working there quickly opened the door and explained to me and another the customer the situation. There was a power outage and she locked the door while the system was down. I waited a short while the system booted back up. When I was able to place my order Anahí hooked up with a small complimentary smoothie thanking me for the wait!! That was really rad of her to do Anahi should get a raise and a promotion. her heart of gold is truly a light in this world!

Friday December 29th. Not sure why but whoever opens today is incredibly late. Me as well as a number of others habe walked up to the door and there’s no one here. There IS a sign saying we open at 10 today. But as of 10:10 there is still no one here and this place normally opens at 8. Not to mention the Jamba in Moreno Valley was incredibly late today as well I’m not even sure if they’re open now at the time of writing this but I doubt it. For some reason today no one at Jamba Juice is showing up to work and they all have signs saying they open at one time yet none of them are accurate. Not to mention they all are listed as “open” on google. Very strange, inconvenient & unprofessional.

They sell you gift cards. They cant honor them because they dont know how to charge you using the gift card. SMH.

I went in before work to try somthing new for my morning and was unsure to to order since it was my first time being there and a small worker named Marisol helped me choose this amazing orange dream machine drink and it is 5 out of 5. Highly recommend the drink and the customer service. Shout out to Marisol.

Came in three times in a 4 month time period and every time we go in , the juicer is either broken, they are out of oranges or they're not doing juices at the time. The one and only time we were able to get it is because the manager was in and she made our drink. How on earth is a juice and smoothie business not going to have a juice machine that works? No wonder the place is always empty.

The girl that attended me is named Bridgette. Her customer service is great and she also made my strawberry bowl so good and she is also fast paced. The place is clean as well. Definitely recommend this location!

Always seem to be on break no matter what day or what time of day it is... Jamba needs to get their act together and assist their workers with more helping hands. I can guarantee you that you will have enough sales to pay them if you have enough people to pull off the job.

On 04/21 around 11am, there was a sign that employees were in break, we waited 30 minutes and the employees were still not back. There should be more workers to cover during each other’s breaks.

Unfortunately, everytime I go there there's a sign on the door that says, "Team Member on Break"...they may need more staff.
