Food is great, but service has slowly, but gradually been declining. I always order a Mini-pak and pay extra to upgrade to large drinks, but the cashier refused. They were very rude about it to the point that we rather go elsewhere. If you go a few hours before closing they ask you not to sit certain places and become upset if you decide to dine in.

The food other than the chicken constantly goes bad!! They literally just pack it, they don’t take the time to taste it to see if it’s still good. I spoke to a manager and explained that the potato salad and beans were sour. Also, the tortillas were hard and had stains on them He told me To throw it away & that I could go in the next day to replace the food. My wife went in, and they refused to give her the Replacement for the potato salad or tortillas because they didn’t Know what manager we spoke to. He never gave us a name over the phone. So we showed the receipt but they were insistent that they needed the managers name as if they had 20 managers in that location. Horrible Quality of food, other than the chicken. Check your food before you This location otherwise you’re just throwing away your money

We ordered for 45 people. The ordering was easy. It was ready on time and the order was complete. We had friendly customer service. The food was delicious the potato salad was a big hit! Our guests were very satisfied.

I love me some Juan Pollo . My main one I go to is Temecula but on this particular instance I stopped in at the Perris Location. The woman at the counter has the worst customer service. First she just stares at you and looks blank no great whatsoever. I go ahead and place my order and ask her for 2 serano peppers instead of salsa same thing I do at every location I've been to. She says no they won't do that. I offer to pay extra she's just says no . So I just told her to cancel the order and I walked out. This just doesn't make any sense.
Good food fast service will go back, only problem there's always a homeless guy in front that's not their fault.

Horrible customer service. I've been there twice and the cashiers are not friendly or helpful. I've been to multiple locations and this place doesn't come close to the hospitality and cleanliness. The cashiers should be nicer and friendlier. Came back the second time thinking it was a fluke but it's obviously the way the train their people. Never going back. I'd rather drive further to another location.
