Terrible customer service. I just got to an empty drive thru and still got my order wrong . You can tell the girl don’t want to work. Hurried me up with my order and still got it wrong. Asked me what sauce I wanted for my nuggets and gotIt wrong I asked for my receipt this time because it’s happened like 3 times at this exact location and even on paper she got it wrong . Also asked for an extra 10 piece and which she sounded like she heard me right asked me like 5 times “anything else “ all in a hurry to get my order wrong . I did not get my extra 10 piece and it wasn’t on my receipt I woulda been even more upset then I am now . I went inside to get my order corrected but they didn’t even want to look at me I stood there for 5 min the thing is I’m here on my lunch time I needed to go to work my self soI had to leave it as is . Left upset I will never come back to this location . The others were friendly at the window . Who ever worked tonight @ 9:00 pm 04/24/24 does not want to work there . Go to college if your so miserable with your life . I’m a very respectful person I like to thankOthers for their service no matter what it is your doing for me because I expect the same level of respect back . You obviously don’t give a dam I hope your manager does . And IHope others realize what a garbage location this is .

I have a DoorDash to pick up here at 1:30 am on April 14, 2024 and I’ve been stuck unmoving for a half hour then when they finally started moving the line they helped two people from the left hand side before they helped me because of how unorganized they are they don’t keep track of who they help next. It’s not fair I’ve been waiting half an hour and the person that got here two minutes ago is being helped first.

Understaffed always. Going inside takes even longer. Even when I placed a mobile order. No wonder that guy threw that scalding hot cup of third degree burning coffee in her face. I want my mcgriddle you obedient, indentured servant you. Some of the girls that work there are super cute.Parking: Kinda small and can be limited at times during lunch rush or evening dinner scramble. The drive thru has 2 separate lanes though. So that's Kool.

Went today drive through and it smells like spoiled meat at the window. I got home and of course it was taste and smells like expired meat. Called to tell them they don’t care they said they check everyday I highly doubt that! Offered to replace it I said no I am good I just was calling to inform you that it is expired.

Says closed 3am to 4am after 4:20am I left!I work overnight so this was my lunch time wasted because lazy workers don't open when they are supposed to. IF YOUR NOT OPEN CHANGE THE SIGN.
Always no matter what time it is pull around to the front. Cold not even anything fresh, to constitute pulling around. Same order Always 2 sausage muffins and a Sausage egg cheese bagel, or lunch it's the same run around, 2 Mc doubles and a quarter pounder with cheese.

Says 24 hours except the hours of 3-4 am, its currently 5 am workers are inside, 6 cars in the drive thru waiting to order. I pull forward to the window because I can read the hours clearly. Theres a brunette girl standing there intentionally avoiding the window. My question is why not put up a sign if you are having technical issues or otherwise ? Do you guys need some help in there either cooking or with communication ? It's not hard at all to put up a sign to spare the time of the 6+ cars who came at the hour of 5am. Manager says his name is Ivan he offered no explanation or compensation for the 20 plus minute delay.

Not 24 hours - Closed from 3am to 4am for shift change/register reset (understandably) but they do not come back @ 4...try 5am. Which again is fine, but then adjust your sign and say you're closed from 3am-5am??
