Ugly dry tamales bolillo is not bolillo, it's a dry bread and to make matters worse it's old and it's not toasty or soft and it was early.I'm not coming back.

I live 40 minutes away from "las Conchitas" and believe me it worth the drive.. all kinds of tortas are so good, the Mexican bread is delicious and the coffee taste always the same good, Highly recommend this place...

I ordered 5 Tamales Sunday morning at 11:30am, I bought 2 Pork Roja salsa tamales and 3 chicken verde tamales with waters my order was $15. The tamales were about $2.50 each. The tamales are only sold Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and often sold out by 12pm. Two days before I ordered a bag of baked goods such as Vanilla Concha's, 2 vanilla Crème pastry cones and a Gatorade drink.

The bread is good but not wow what a delicious bread! The customer service is bad, they treat people like they are giving you the bread for free. A year ago I went for the first time and I didn't like the customer service, since a year had passed I went back to see if it had changed and nothing, everything is the same.

The girl who works in the mornings on Saturday and Sunday should be fired. She is so rude and not helpful. They also always run out of bread early on. Then the bread that's left is stale. I'm finding a new place.

Everything was going well for a a while but this last visit I ordered champurrado and they stated that they only had enough for the order before me that had placed an order of 10 drinks. Miraculously they had for 2 more for my order. I took them home and when I drank some I noticed it didn't taste the same as before. I am super certain that they added more milk just before serving it to me to make up for not having enough.

This place constantly has stock issues. Literally, you can call and 1 minute they have the food you want. But when you get there they don't. Either they need to make more food or stop selling people the whole batch of food. Ridiculous. Also to the people buying all the food at once. How are you alive? Seriously.
