Went in and bought 2 footlong ham sandwiches and they only put 6 slices of ham on one and 5 on the other. When you're supposed to get 12 slices on a footlong. Also I asked for broccoli cheddar soup and the girl tried to give me dried up soup that had less than a cup left in the container. Thank God I looked at it because I would of got dried up ends of soup. Poor service.

Spicy Italian is my go to, I've gotten to know the crew over this last year, we keep one another friendly and Positive ? and the store is always clean, I keep coming back for the predictable pricing fresh bread and crew ? ?

Horrible subway.!! Don't cater here ordered a subway for a party..day of the party they didn't have it ready..i asked for a refund they send comeback because they're to busy( not busy enough to take my money) when I came back the next day these con artists tried to say they already gave me the refund saying it's back on the card. Idiots forgot that I paid cash and nowhere on the receipt it said debt. Con artist!!! Last and final thing after more than an hour talking to manager they gave me my 200 dollars back in all 1s....all 1s....I didn't pay in ones and they wouldn't take it if I paid in all ones...p.o.s...go to jersey Mike's instead or firehouse subs

I asked for it to be toasted. I'm at work so I use the time of me having to wait in line to eat my food. Mobile order is awesome except one small detail. Give me the option to ask for the cheese to be melted. I look inside my sandwich to see my bread lightly toasted and you just essentially put my cheese into a sauna, you just made it wobbly...I want my bread toasted and cheese actually melted. This is my last order using mobile app...what a shame...I'm not posting for food that I have to throw away. I might have high standards but they are standards nonetheless. And this sandwich is below my standards and I will not reward this management with follow up business. Taco Bell does a much better job than your current app settings. Learn and develop accordingly or you will go under...unless America likes sloppy work. Eh that's enough of my rant.

I go to this location only because it's close to my work and I always order on the app for pick up because the deals are endless. I've had a couple minor issues with my orders before but have had 2 recently that have compelled me to complain here. I ordered a Chicken BACON ranch footlong and an American footlong. Both are naturally supposed to include BACON. Today I picked up my mobile order but this time drove home instead of back to work and once I'm home and unwrap my Chicken BACON ranch footlong I take a bite and didn't notice a single BACON. I open both pieces of the footlong sub and I'll be damned there's no BACON! Not 1 single piece. Just a bunch of cold chicken (rotisserie chicken is supposed to be warm?! Especially when your bread is toasted lol) cheese and pepper corn ranch. Thr word BACON is in the name of the sandwich how TF do you miss that!? The American sub had little to no bacon either. Recently I ordered a bowl that was supposed to include BACON but guess what was missing entirely? BACON! Does the owner tell these people to skimp on the bacon and "forget" it altogether? Makes me wonder. So for these reasons I discourage anyone from coming here, unless you're ok with not getting what you pay for.

We come here often. Came by the other night at around 8:36 and lights out closed. But clearly website and store says 9. I got out the car to go look if there was a sign at the door saying closing early but nothing.

This subway has kept me sane while living in Perris.Yeah, it gets a little busy, but their customer service has always been amazing.The worst experience I've had here, I waited an extra 7 minutes for a curbside pickup order when they were PACKED. They apologized and gave me my food as soon as it was ready. Amazing.Absolutely professional people and the food is as usual Subway quality. They never judge my weird orders. Great job.

Disappointed with there Customer service, my wife ordered her sub with no cheese and asked for them to put her cheese on my sandwich, girl said she would have to charge extra cheese, so my wife said but your putting my cheese on his, she said still have to charge, so she said then put the cheese on the side for my sub, and she still said she wouldn't do that, so my question would be if you get a sandwich with no cheese why don't they discount the cheese. There have been other subway's who give us my wife's cheese on my sub but here they have no people skills.

Very stingy with the meat. Don't go here hungry. Light meals only. I ordered a 6" sub, but only got about 4-1/2" of meat. So, if you like bread sandwiches, go here.
