The Wicked Sausage Food Truck came to the Viano Apartments tonight where we live. Before trying the food, we were very impressed with how friendly the guy was who took our order and handed it to us. He was so polite & just all around had a great personality. He was very appreciative of our business. My husband and I each got a burger and fries and it was all super delicious. It was $28 for two meals so not much more than fast food and the food was definitely restaurant quality so worth the price in our opinion. The burgers were melt in your mouth good (I also got grilled onions on mine) and the fries were fresh with very good seasoning. I hope they return so we can have it again.

Tried their menu last night and had a great experience. Aldo, who took extra care of our requests, knows his clientele well. The food was well prepared, the variety of choices made the entire range of family members very happy, from the 5 year old to the more mature. The food is served up quickly, hot, and portion sizes are generous. I bet they'd make a great addition to any large gathering or corporate party. Thanks Aldo for making our family night so enjoyable.

Food on the road be ready for them bubble guts to be knocking, all for a quick buck at the cost of human health. This business is filled with roaches, lat time I had 2 roaches on my food on vacation, like what ok.

Good size serving for the price. Great hamburger and fries for $12 from food truck is a good thing :) Generous sized garlic fries with lots of garlic.

Came across The wicked sausage food truck when I took my hubby out for his birthday to the Science center for the beer fest.We we're so hungry after pounding back the brews. So we went down a line of 10 food trucks and wicked sausage was calling us...With the aroma of deliciousness.Hubby got their hot link sausage with sauerkraut and spicy mustard.I opted for their huge pretzel with cheese. The hot link sausage smelled so good.Hubby said it was delicious.I loved the pretzel and cheese but definitely they need to give a bigger portion of cheese.Hubby liked the pretzel too.The guys working the truck were super friendly and welcoming. They were banging out orders left and right. Now they are on the pricey side not sure if they upped the price because we we're at an event or if that's their regular prices.Pretzel was 16 bucksHot link was 14 bucksSmoked sausage I believe was 14 or 15 bucksThey are pork sausages and not beef.Wish they had a beef selection but I didn't see any but still tasty. So we went back I'm for some more brews at the beer fest and found ourselves hungry once again lol.So I told the hubby I wanted to go back to wicked sausage and try the hot link.So of course the hubby agreed. He knows happy wife happy life :)So we ordered a hot link with sauerkraut and peppers and regular mustard.Hubby decided on their smoked sausage with sauerkraut and of course hot mustard.I thought the hot link sausage was super tasty.Hubby liked the smoked sausage but not as much as the hot link sausage.Overall the food was BUSSIN & we would definitely recommend trying them out!

That is one tasty dog that's got bite. I would highly recommend taking this one for a walk around the block that you will enjoy. Wicked Sausage will be on my to do list from now on and it should be on yours too.

This food truck was at my daughter's back to school night and my son wanted to try their grilled cheese with smoked sausage. He loved it! My daughter and I also tried a piece and it was delicious. I forgot what cheeses they used, but for sure cheddar and I believe it was on Sourdough bread. I wish I would of tried their garlic fries, I bet they're good. Will try them next time I come across this food truck.

Sorry guys. Going four stars cause the event only two hours in and ya ran out of vegetables. Your pic looked amazing with the peppers and onions and all. Got up to the window and was a little disappointed. The smoked brat was amazing with grilled onions anyways. Hope to see Y'all again one day for the real deal and I'll change my stars.

Unfortunately a place we used to LOVE is under new owners. Definitely not the experience we are used to from Gandolfos. Had 2 free sandwich cards and were told they no longer accept them. Was offered a slice of cake instead (nothing close to same value). Went in an hour before closing and order 2 sandwiches an took forever to receive and the place was empty. Then the sandwiches had hardly any meat. Sad to say one of our favorites is gone.

Omg. Every time I see this food truck is near me I always go to them! They have different sausages all the time and they're all absolutely fantastic and the fries and the sauces they put on are just all amazing! 10/10 recommend!!

I enjoyed my hot link on a fresh baked bun. I chose sauerkraut and grilled onions as my toppings and they even have Gulden's spicy mustard in packets. The sausage has a nice firm snap when you bite into it and the hot link is actually hot, unlike some other brands. You can tell the sausages are good quality, not just like the kind you can get at a store. The truck was on the corner of Van Buren and Porter near Louie's nursery when I found them but by nature of being mobile, I have no way of knowing where they will be in the future but they seem committed to this location at least on week days. I understand they roam the wineries sometimes on weekends. The price isn't great but that's coming from me. I paid $8 for one sausage on a bun with toppings but I'm more used to eating a spicy bite dog at 7-11 for $2 and change and this is definitely better. Everyone else I spoke with thought $8 was a reasonable price so I'll go with the consensus opinion as I realize I tend to be cheap. So stop by if you're in the area or message them on Yelp if you want to track down where they will be. They will respond.
