I went in to get some food late night around 9pm, your online service wasn't working for some reason n i was upset about this until Clairabelle made the in-person experience ordering very pleasant. She seems like she actually likes her job & was happy to serve us. I had a small request with my order & it didnt bother her at all(: My husband also wanted to note that the second we walked in a cook (I didnt get his name) greeted us & informed her that we were there!! (instant service & acknowledgment) I think she deserves a raise (-:

I would not recommend going here. If you order to eat in they will take 1-2 hours to make your food. If you want to eat here order online because they don’t care if you’re eating in and when you ask about your order they are rude and won’t give you any answers.
Wingstop from Perris, what a restaurant. I remember years ago this restaurant was great, fast service and delicious food, but today I have experienced something Horrid. I make an order at 6:20pm with expected time of being done at around 7Pm, I arrive when the order should be ready but upon opening the door I see a sea of people waiting for food. At this point I already know I will be waiting at LEAST an hour for my food and I was correct. Despite ordering ahead I still had to wait 45 minutes for my food. After this experience go back home and prepare to eat food with my family when I realize something shocking, they forgot my sandwich. I was in denial, my main meal was not in my bag along with my fries. So I have to drive the 15 minutes back to wingstop to get my food again. In this economy where gas is expensive, every mile matters. And the fact I have to waste this gas due to wingstops error is insane. I am not blaming the workers because they are hard working individuals trying to make money. But rather I blame the higher ups. They have at most 3 people working during rush hour which clogs the restaurant up and prevents things from moving slowly. This is a shame as the food is very good but takes forever and planning to get on time. My advice? Put more staff in. 2/5, please do not disappoint me again.

Ordered online and food was supposed to be ready 20 MINUTES AGO. Placed the order 30 min before that. And these workers act like you are bothering them for being here. Floor sticky... I just want wings ??
ORDER.ONLINE!! The wait time and customer experience is the true proble. here. The food is great quality. They know how to fry chicken but not how to talk to people. This all stems from the managers confrontational attitude. Sad because if the experience matched the taste they'd be unbeatable. There's not much competition, which is why they are still alive today. Step it up cause I'm sure perris would support u more. :)
This place is horrible they never get your order right and my order was ALWAYS missing something. The staff has attitude for no reason at all and seem like they don’t want to work there overall horrible place to go. whoever owns it need to hire new people or improve things. JUST DONT ORDER

This place takes 7-10 business days to have your order ready and 99% of the time it's not the correct order and the food is made sloppy. The inside is always dirty and uncomfortable to want to eat on one of their tables. I used to work at the Starbucks behind this place and it has never changed since 5years ago. I don't blame the employees because I know they're doing what they can but MANAGMENT is such trash there they don't give them enough people or enough kitchen to run the place properly. I don't know how this place hasn't shut down yet. It's ridiculous.
