My husband and I wanted to do an intimate gender revel between the two of us! We reached out to Baskin Robbins and sent in a photo of a cake we like and Mallory reached out saying it wouldn't be a problem to make. Mallory did such a wonderful job on the cake, not only did it look great, it tasted AMAZING! Thank you so much Mallory and the rest of the team at Baskin Robbins for making such a memorial moment of our lives so special and tasty!

I'm happy to say that recently I've had 2 very good experiences at the Petaluma Baskin-Robbins. A few years ago I ordered 2 very special ice cream cakes for a family reunion.The person wrotemy order down & I had the receipt. I had prepaid about $60 for the 2. Got there for pick up but they had no record of it. They then looked at the order book & found my order but they said the cakes probably hadn't come in yet. I asked for the manager's contact info. The young kids behind the counter said they didn't know him & he only came in every 3 months. It went downhill from there.I think it must have a new owner or manager now. Much better. I might even order a special cake just to see what happens.

This review is long overdue. Samantha and Mallorie are amazing and so creative with their cake decorating skills. Try them out, you won't be disappointed! My kids and family have been so happy with their birthday cakes. This little gem has been my go to for over a year!

The girls were busy as hell but they noted who came in and the order they entered. I gave them a 4 because the ice cream I wanted wasn't in from corporate yet, but was listed as available in Nov. Not their fault, but I was disappointed. Oh well, I think I'll survive.

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about the Baskin Robbins in town. I totally dropped the ball on preordering a unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday and thought I could just get one in their premade freezer because they are usually there. Well go to the store around noon today and there were no unicorn cakes. Even though they were super slammed they managed to pull off this adorable cake by our 2pm party. Seriously so impressed and thankful. We had 7 super happy kids and some pretty happy adults as well. My daughter was sooo impressed
