Well let's just the first time and every time I've ventured to the Buckhorn, I felt like family. Kind of like when Norm would walk into Cheers. Lately however I've been going on Saturday nights just to have a couple reasonably priced beers, and sing a song or two. It's worth it just see what outrageous outfit Scott Razor the karaoke host is wearing!!! GREAT SOUND!!!
Friendly owner, bartender, and patrons. Been around for a long long while; some folks that were passing through had such a good time to hang out with normal folks that they brought a bottle of port back on their way through town as a gift to the folks inside --- at like noon on a Tuesday :-)

Neighborhood bars are not necessarily friendly if you are not local. This one is an exception. I have probably been here maybe four times and enjoyed it every time. Considering my expectations, I found the back shelf very well stocked. If you are watching where your money goes, it not going to go further than this place. BTW, to get to the parking lot go around the block by taking the street to the North. The only bad thing about it is that I don't get in to Volpi's enough now,...read full review
