My obsession began years ago and here we are in 2023, the year of my wedding, and all I could think about what “what dessert says ‘us’ the most?” Well, my husband is lactose intolerant so this dessert definitely doesn’t say Mike, but happy Amanda does. So cheesecake it was :) less than two weeks before our wedding we decided this was it. I’m not sure why it didn’t come to me before. Maybe because nobody really says “wedding cheesecake” when they’re talking about their wedding, lol. But we did and we think you should too. With less than two weeks and right before thanksgiving, the wonderful Anamaria made my dreams come true. Thank you so much for being a part of our special day. I truly will remember this for years to come and I can’t wait to order anniversary cakes from you for years to come. ♥️

The banana caramel cheesecake is amazing with a capital A.. my husband is not a banana fan but turned into one after this cheesecake. Loved the creamy consistency and for sure will be ordering another one soon.

College Confectionista cheesecake is the best ever! I just ordered a slice of cheesecake at Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen recently and there was no comparison. I’ve eaten and tasted a lot of cheesecake too. AnaMaria’s cheesecake is hands down the best!

Only eat if you’re ready to be addicted to a slice from the heavens themselves! ?? You will be crying on your first bite due to sheer happiness and crying on your last bite because it’s all gone!

I waited years to have a College Confectionista cheese cake - I wasn’t living in the area at the time of her launch. It was worth the wait! Not only was the cheese cake delicious her customer service was top notch. I would not hesitate to order again when I am able to secure one of her treats! It was so good I forgot to take pictures!

I had heard about this bakery on Facebook. So I ordered a strawberry and cream cheesecake and it was amazing. A bit pricy but worth it. I had more compliments about this cheesecake. I will definietly order more in the future.

For Father’s Day 2020 I ordered a Sonoma County style (vanilla filling) over a graham cracker curst. Topped with homemade chocolate whip cream and a chocolate drizzle. It was honestly the best cheesecake I have ever had and my family agrees as well. I cannot wait to order another one soon for the next special occasion. ? ?

Peaches and cream in the summertime! Made into a cheesecake? Even better! Think of graham cracker crust, a cheesecake that is not hard and dense, rather lighter and tastier. Now top with freshly whipped cream and add some fresh peaches and berries. Anamaria knows cheesecake! The best ever.
