There's not a whole lot one can say about chain pizza places. If you're looking for solid, real-deal pizza, you probably won't find what you're looking for at a Domino's. However, this one certainly isn't bad as far as domino's places go. If you order online and use their coupons you can usually get a good deal, and for a last-second dinner option there are certainly worse options. I've ordered from here about 4 times and I haven't had an issue a single time, which is a rare feat for this chain.

Waited on the phone for 39 minutes to order 1 pizza. Customer service was poor and eventually denied us from ordering because the store was close to closing after waiting so long. The option was available but food is often poor and not worth the hassle to order one pizza. Im very disappointed in the quality of service and care for customer support.

I feel very disappointed in the service. I waited on the phone for over an hour to order one small pizza and was denied the ability too. I feel very irritated about my experience and would not order again. In addition the pizza is not very good and often comes cold!

100% the worst possible option. If 7/11 is closed then go here. Rude staff. Manager did nothing to solve my incorrect and BURNED food. How do you burn food when all you do is put it on a conveyer belt? Anyway. Id give it 0 stars but i guess i cant. @manager if you want me to delete this then call me back. Bunch of theives.

Like you, when someone mentions Domino's, all I can think of is cardboard college pizza at 3am. Well, that was yesterday's Domino's, they've definitely upped their game. Out pizza was ready in about 15 minutes, staff were polite and the shop was clean. The pizza had decent amounts of cheese and fresh toppings. The crust was well baked but not exciting. Overall, a solid effort. You've come a long way, baby.

No one answers the phone. Apparently when you call to place an order, your call is sent to a call center and an operator takes your order. When you need to speak tosomeone directly at the store, nobody picks up.The star is because the food is good, but the customer service is terrible.

No problem with their food or immediate customer service. HOWEVER... they messed up a delivery order a few months ago, pizza & brown salad (ew). We called and they said they would comp the account for a future order. This is the 4th time I've tried to redeem what is owed and, of course the acct. credit is nowhere to be found. So disappointed.

Bloody scammers overcharged me and think I wouldn't notice my online order came up to $34 but I was charged 39 later I didn't give the driver a tip that means after they left they filled out the receipt taking extra money from my account you hearing from me soon
