Did not have a good experience. Our coffee mug was dirty and stained with fresh lipstick. Our server brought out the wrong food. Forgot multiple items multiple times. We had to ask multiple times. No utensils and no napkins were brought out. Even after our food arrived, we had to ask the server to get some. The entire time the server had a short temper and walked away while we were still talking. Server just put check on the table and walked away. Overall I would not recommend,Manager refunded the coffee and that was her only solution

Dirty bathrooms dirt on walls. I lost some of my appetite worrying about what the kitchen looked like. I loved IHOP when I was younger. It was a treat, and they had great pancakes. Even the eggs were good by themselves. I have not reviewed the last couple of times, hoping it would improve. Not just locally but traveling around, I noticed in Reno, Santa Rosa, and Eureka. All lacked cleanliness. I know others can see it, but so far in the last five years, they have jacked the prices up. But make up for that with smaller portions and lower quality. Bummer.

We got our usual 2x2x2 and it was delicious. The pancakes are always good here. Service was excellent- we asked for strong, hot tea and our server didn't disappoint. The floor could use a good sweep, but the tables and chairs where we sat were clean.

Where to start? I guess first was our waitress. She took our drink order but didn’t write anything down. When she came back with our drinks she told my friend that she didn’t remember their order so she guessed at what they ordered. When our food came out it was absolutely terrible, overcooked and already cold.when it came time to pay, our waitress dropped off our check but then disappeared. We could hear her talking and laughing in the back though, as she was very loud, so we knew she wasn’t busy with other customers. Overall a terrible experience and I would never go back! 0 stars is what this place deserves.

Fast food and very delicious. Hardly saw server but when we did he was nice and courteous.Parking: It is in corner of lot by lots of other businesses so not a lot of parking close by.Kid-friendliness: Had a high chair that could either fit an infant car seat or a sitting up child.

12/02/2023 @ 12:30PM, My sister and I visited for breakfast, no one at front, waited 5-minutes finally seated and another 7-minutes for waitress and placed senior menus orders and another 10-minutes for coke and coffee (ask bus girl to contact our waitress) to arrived then another 15-minutes for our breakfast.We've been eating out at least once a week at various restaurants and eateries but this place is "THE WORST" in food quality and customer services.Place is operated by Mexicans and employees are all Hispanics.Rate todays visit;Food Quality---------- 1-StarFood Tastes---------- 1-Star (everything are oily/greasy)Customer Service - 1-Star (would like to rate "0-Star" if I could.Would not recommend this eatery, worst eatery in Petaluma.

Their food is prepared from fresh ingredients. The eggs are cooked perfectly. All the extra touches, a great tasting coffee, the toast and hash browns, all were full with flavor. The service is outstanding. I went right at 6 AM, and my server was on point.

I would've rated maybe a 3 1/2 stars. but I ordered the tri-tip mushroom and eggs and when my plate came my meat was cold. I don't need to say anymore. The service was great, this place is OK to stop fir a fast food chain experience. It is very busy, very loud, but they do get people in and out fast. Our server gave me two dollars off my food when I told her my meat was Cold. I didn't eat the meat, but I did eat my eggs and hashbrowns, and they were pretty good. My pancakes were decent, overall it was just an ok place to eat. Maybe it was an off day. It was definitely my first and last experience here.
