I always order for pickup on the app and head over. My order is usually completed on time and already on the pickup shelf when I arrive. It gets pretty busy on the weekends so I highly recommend ordering ahead. The parking lot is not very big and is shared with a few other businesses but I haven't had any issues getting a spot. Our sandwiches were still fresh by the time we got home. However, if you do include the vinegar and olive oil topping, the bread will get soggy if you don't eat it right away. I normally get the regular California club sub. There was an instance where the avocados weren't very ripe and were a bit crunchy. I also requested to add jalapeños but really only got like 3 or 4 pieces. But for the most part, I've had good experiences here.

Slam dunk! I recommend the California Club Mikes Way, with all the juice. Delivery has been stellar and if you stop bye to pick up, the staff is always friendly and courteous. Seating is cozy (at best) but the staff with their friendly attitude and chat makes it an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely DO NOT Doordash with these guys EVER. You have to go in and check your order BEFORE you leave the store! Missing ingredients, extra ingredients added you did not ask for. Charged for things you did not get. Just bad unable to follow a simple order. Meat and cheese - that is not hard.

The closest to a New Jersey Sub outside of NJ. Lots of contents including a generous amount of Veggies. The oil & vinegar, salt & pepper and peppers are piled on just right. If you’re looking for a real East Coast Sub you won’t be disappointed.

I went in around 7pm on a Monday for 3 sandwiches for dinner. Not only was I in and out in less than 10 minutes, but the staff was so nice! The sweet lady with the glasses and what I think was pink hair tucked up under her hat helped me. I ordered a cheesesteak, a chicken bacon ranch and a number 8, and they were all delicious! She made them all exactly the way I ordered them! And she was fast and super friendly! The staff seemed to be enjoying thier work, as they were smiling in the kitchen as well as at customers. Plus the store was very clean! I've worked in a Deli and I know how difficult it is to keep the floor clean during a rush. 10/10 for food, 10/10 for speed and 10000/10 for cuetomer service. They were all just so nice!

Whatever you do, do not order from them online. They DO NOT read the order details. If you add any toppings, they won't be on the sandwich. If you put any special requests in the notes (wrapping halves separately etc) they will not be honored.After 3 or 4 times I gave up.The staff needs training immediately.I now drive the nice lovely back way to the santa rosa location, i will never spend a cent here again.Extra star because the food is still the same good quality as any location, so it's just a dire service issue. If the manager is reading this, DO SOMETHING.
