Amazing flour! I drove 2 hours to get 100 lbs of their organic bread flour. They get a weekly delivery from a Utah flour mill of fresh flour. California grocery stores sell horrible flour. We are deprived of quality food including bread flour. Buying in bulk is more competitive in price than store bought. About 25 lbs of flour fits into a food grade 5 gallon bucket. Keep flour in a dark cool place. Makes it last and keep it from going rancid. I wish they sold their flour locally.
Been purchasing organic flour from here for years now, mostly by the 25lb bag. I am an avid bread maker and the latest sourdough batch has been going for 3 plus years. With this, I HAVE to make something once a week.The flour is reasonbly priced, and shipping fairly reasonable so it is worth it. Love the Organic Artisan Bakers Craft one, but sometimes I switch it up and get the organic Beehive malted flour. Have purchased the finer Pizza flour as well as whole wheat. This place is a bread baker's dream!!! I have been buying Central Milling Company flour online for a while, but visited this store for the first time in October. It's so cool! I love all of the flours and baking supplies that they sell.
