This is probably the newest edition to the Mary's chain of fine family restaurants and the nicest place to dine. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. They have a nice patio area, as well as a bar. The meatballs are always good but the tortellinis are delicious too.

This Mary's location isn't the greatest. I've waited for an hour for 3 small items as well as had over cooked chicken wings and pizza. I know the downtown Sonoma Mary's location is great and the manager and staff are excellent. Hope this one location turns around.

I think Mary's needs to hire more employees. Food was great, just slow. We enjoyed having our luncheon there (Class of '66 PHS)....

I usually don't dig places with too large of a menu, but as far as their Italian offerings, they're not bad. Pizza is very good, calzones are good, pasta is good. Salads are not so good--iceberg plus. Also their pickup and delivery hand is not strong... not a great feature in a pizza restaurant. Overall pretty decent for a chain their size

We had ordered online, and didn't have a large order and it took about 40 min to get ready (kinda crazy). When we went to go pickup our food, we were greeted by the workers awkwardly looking at us and making us uncomfortable, when someone finally greeted us, he looked sloppy, and wasn't even wearing any sort of Mary's pizza shack uniform, we had to wait an extra 10 min in the restaurant which was frustrating because the "head cook" was sitting there without his mask on looking at his phone. Then the workers started whispering and just having private conversations while our food sat there. Once we got home I got spaghetti and meatballs, it was pretty good, my girlfriend got fettuccine Alfredo, and bruschetta, the Alfredo had undercooked pasta, and barely and sauce, and no flavor, then her bruschetta was tasteless and boring. Really disappointed because this used to be a great spot to go and get pizza, but recently it makes customers not feel welcome. Considering the price as well, the management needs to have a conversation with their employees on how to looks profesional and make the customers feel welcome.

Our sports team had a fantastic dinner experience thanks to Mary's Pizza Shack! The customer service was excellent and the entire staff were working hard to make sure we had our food hot from the oven. The lasagna is savory and hit the spot after a long day outdoors in the fog. The salad was tasty and unique with fresh egg, beets, marinated beans, and pepper. And of course, a glass of local red wine to compliment the meal. The kids were happy with breadsticks, fresh pizzas & sodas. Five stars to this restaurant. Bravo!

I ordered a hot dog in a blanket, it's $5.75 on their website. I came in to order it in person and was charged $12 for a small hotdog. I think the waitress overcharged me to pocket the extra money in tips

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and had to call, no joke, three times. Every call they stated that the pizza was in route. One the third call they told us our pizza was still in the oven. TWO HOURS later, no pizza and no refund But thanks for the coupons... can't wait to go back. Update just talked to Kelly, "the manager", the pizza still has not left the building. Two and a half hours later!! Oh and she was laughing on the phone. Even the door dash is texting me how their taking their sweet time. This pizza better taste damn freakin good. Update. Pizza is finally going to arrive 3 hours late. Ps. I don't need to be a Karen but I'm hangry and I ordered this pizza at 5:40 and I won't be getting my pizza until almost 9pm.

The last time I was at this Mary's was a couple of years ago. I was with a family member that has since passed away. So, I was accompanied by a degree of sadness I had not felt for awhile. I ordered the spaghetti and giant meatball classic off the lunch menu. It came with with warm French bread and a delicious salad. The entire meal was wonderful. The waitress was very kind and attentive. I left the restaurant feeling much better than when I went in.

Mary's used to be the best place around for great pizza. I'm sorry to say that is no longer the case. The pizza is "so so" and way overpriced. I also don't care for the 3% surcharge added to your order or the tip being added to the price before you even get the pizza delivered. So after all the added on costs, a medium plain cheese pizza and a medium vegetarian pizza cost $60. Just a side note...the vegetarian pizza had onions, bell peppers, and olives. That's it. Mushrooms/tomatoes/artichokes etc would have been nice. I now prefer Round Table pizza when I visit Petaluma.

After a very long day, I ordered delivery...in which doordash never showed after 1.5 hours.Lauren, reversed the charge, personally delivered.Stand up quality and service.BTW...the chicken parm and spinach salad is the bomb.

Leila at Mary's Pizza shack is one of the friendliest weight staff I've ever met. She made suggestions on the menu that I didn't even think of and they were delicious. She checked in on us often and made certain armia was tasty. A big thumbs up!!
