Cream cheese is very cheap, yet my bagel came with perhaps 2 teaspoons of the stuff. This is why I've quit going out for a bagel when I can make a better sandwich at home.

This Noah’s is incredibly hit or miss when it comes to their breakfast sandwiches/creations. Sometimes you get exactly what you ordered and others they leave out large parts of your order. And that would be fine if they communicated it to you but they never have in my experience. This may be in part a consequence of ordering pick up, but it would still be nice to at least mention the lack of items in your order when you pick it up and give you the option to substitute things in to your order.

Love the strawberry cream cheese with the sesame seed bagel! One of the workers, Aiden? is very kind and made the best bagel order ever!

The best blueberry bagel I have found anywhere. Eat looks like and taste like I went to a New York bakery where they make them from scratch. No tastes of anything artificial and love the real blueberries. Not sure what they use for cream cheese, but it was wonderfully whipped, light and creamy and just like Grandma's. So good! Not sure why the reviews are not so good. The staff is young so perhaps not as experienced as some older folks. Perhaps hire some older folks will match the feel of an old New York bakery.

It would be nice when I ask for extra creme cheese on my bagels that I would actually get it. Also taking away the tables inside seems like a odd move.

Staff is very nice but no indoor seating so you have to take your bagel to go which means you (I) will never have a piping hot bagel right out of the toaster. Outdoor tables don't work in the winter. COVID is over - place seating inside again,

Delicious, affordable, abundant bagels. What's not to love?

First of all, my food and coffee are fire. Absolutely delicious! But! The lady who took my order acted like she didn't want to sell me a brunch box, telling me that "it's gonna be at least 25 minutes for that one." I told her I had driven 3.5 hours and was on my last leg of my commute to work, and that I didn't have that kind of time. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a coffee. I still waited every bit of 25 minutes. I was looking for a new "spot" for this commute to stop each time. I will not be coming back unfortunately. Shame bc the food was phenomenal!

Ordered our usual sesame bagel w cream cheese and salmon. This Time it was half the salmon as usual not to mention the bagel shinkage. To make matters worse the price hike did not make thinks any better. I heard the gal behind the counter to take some of the locks off our bagels. Not good.

I normally love Noah's Bagels, but today I purchased a Nova Lox Sandwich. I watched the person make my sandwich, and was worried how it would come out. He just plopped each ingredient into a pile in the middle of the bagel. When I got home - it was mounded in the middle, it was cut so crooked that there was no bottom to hold onto on one side. It was missing ingredients, and the bagel broke into pieces. This was such a poor excuse for a sandwich. I tried to call to complain, but only got a recording with no way to leave a message. I normally love this location, but what a waste of money. This kid needs training.

We recently visited Noah's Bagels in Petaluma and were very disappointed. We used to love going here but everything has gone down hill. The bathrooms were disgusting, filthy with feces all over the place. The person making the bagels kept scratching their head/hair with their gloved hands while making the bagels. The bagels were small with very little spread. We got a specialty sandwich but it was also very poorly made. The soda machine was out of order. The whole place feels neglected. The situation of poor customer service, poorly made bagels and sandwiches, and poor cleanliness has been going on for a while. We should have learned our lesson the last time. If we could give 0 stars we would. We will not be returning.

We generally always visit a Noah's when traveling but skip this one. They are out of many items such as cheese coffee hot dogs co2 limited favored bagels. Slow service. Why bother

I guess I'm just having a bad day. But ordered a farmhouse and also a bacon and cheddar and the sauce went on the bacon and cheddar. Now kid won't eat it of course. Please just double check orders if you have to. Thank you

Pros:CleanBagel sandwich was yummy and I could taste the quality Cons:I was not greeted at all when I walked in. (I was the only customer in there)The employees were too busy goofing around with each other at the register. The one other employee near the menu ignored me. I was not greeted when I got to the register either. There's only 2 options for coffee; cold brew or "cold brew shake". I ordered the regular cold brew. It was very watered down. I was able to trade it for another beverage pretty easily though. I probably will not be back.
