I haven't tried it myself but I'm sure it is delicious.Parking: It's the east Washington shopping center so many,many parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: It is a coffee and tea shop so kids are allowed in there. But it would be a nice environment if you want to enjoy coffee and have your kids with you.

I really do like this Peet's location. On Saturday morning it's very social with people visiting drinking their coffee so the ambience is nice.I was greeted very nicely when I walked in my chai tea was delicious.But ....... it's so sad everything is so expensive. My small chai tea was $5.40 (full disclosure I changed my milk to half-and-half which up the price)Also, when I was there, I noticed other people had brought food in from other places to have with their coffee.Is Peets a little over priced? Or is it necessary because everything is so expensive at the grocery store?
