Sonoma County is fortunate to have so many good caterers bit an excellent catering staff is not always the case. Their food is everything you expect it to be and so much more. Fresh, flavorful, presented artistically, if you can dream it up they can make it for you. BUT here is the difference their staff is over the top amazing. Everyone of the staff is courteous , professional, clean and efficient. That is what you would expect but this business goes beyond that. If there is a problem be it venues problem, an unruly or emotional guest, a mishap of anything type. You will not know it took place. They work their magic and deal with it. I can't say enough how great Amber and her team are at top notch preparation, planning and execution. We had 350 people at my daughter's wedding and they were all served their plated meal in less than 30 minutes. The best part is they served everyone at each table at the same time. Amber totally filled in the gap of a less than perfect wedding planner. She constantly checked in with the bride and groom and us. The food was fabulous and we got so many compliments and thank you notes commenting on the delicious food. They are the best!!

Prior to the wedding we had a private tasting to try some of the potential appetizers and entrees. Definitely choose the creamy pesto tortellini as one of your sides for dinner - so good! All of the staff we interacted with were processional and kind and offered some great suggestions for food and rentals. You can definitely tell they know what they're doing there and have a ton of experience. I would highly recommend their catering services for your next event!

We just used Sonoma Preferred for our wedding in Sonoma! They were on the preferred vendor list, and it was amazing. I worked mostly with Maddie and Annie Laurie, who were incredibly patient and flexible with me as I was making tweaks/additions to the menu until the last weeks. They are down to earth and aren't trying to upsell you, but working with your budget and finding things ways you could save money. They also handled my rentals and the numerous small changes, and helped set up the table decor. We loved our tasting, and went with the braised beef short rib, slow roast pork shoulder, raviolis and vintage bites for dessert. I wanted to include some Asian elements, and they suggested a build-your-own bao bar, which guests loved. They also set up a champagne tower for me which was a lot of fun. The cocktail were ON POINT! We had several signature cocktails replicated from favorite bars over the years and we and everyone loved them. They also boxed up the food at the end of the night - our whole family chowed down on this the day after the wedding.
