Really yummy restaurant, food taste great some seafood but mainly rice noodles, healthy lots of veggies with proteins I love the soups you can add more veggies as you like for a price Good value and yummy
Excellent Pho! I was craving Pho and we don't have a good place in Sonoma. So we drove 25 min to Simmer and were so happy we did! Excellent and fast service, clean and pleasant ambiance, and a great menu. Will be back as often as I can!

Stopped for lunch today, the Filet Mignon Pho was really good. Broth very tasty and served with all the veggies. Lots of flavor. Did not care for the cheese crab puffs they were tough not puffy. But try everything else! Recommend.
