They were all out of everything they had nothing in stock the only thing they had was tea so if I wanted like anything with lemonade they say sorry we're out of it and I can order really anything I wanted

The main Starbucks I frequent has recently experienced staffing issues, so they're open with limited hours. The service there has always been cool, but not as friendly as Peet's coffee where they insist on memorizing your name?! That said, the coffee always tastes great, the employees are friendly - At the main Starbucks. The Starbucks inside Safeway needs improvement. It's understaffed. Safeway is a very busy store at all times. You need at least TWO workers, not ONE. That is cruel. Last week myself and another impatient one waited for 20-minutes because of some annoying customers' request. There should have been another person helping. When I finally got my silly coffee she was nice. Kudos on some of the pleasant customer service. Today, I went for my Coffee. Someone else was there, and was seemingly unaware I was even there. She was focusing on something else. I waited a minute and had to walk into her peripheral vision for her to take notice. I suppose cleaning the crap out of a sink which wasn't even dirty takes priority OVER a customer who just wants his/her coffee, and to get out of there. "I'll be a minute." Ok. I am kind and understanding, and get my silly coffee and smile etc. Whatever it was I drank didn't taste like regular Starbucks. It tasted like something from the day before that had been reheated. I could tell from the lack of texture, and overall nasty, thin taste of it. You know the taste, and It was so disgusting, I almost threw it out and went to Mcdonald's. Now, this doesn't come down to the employee. It comes down to a lack of training and oversight from the management. No overheating yesterday's coffee please. Make a fresh batch every day. And when that runs out. Make another fresh batch. Since the main starbucks has shortened/adjusted hours, and the hit or miss situation with Safeway's little understaffed Starbucks satellite "stand" I'll be taking my business back to Peets Coffee now, as they genuinely appreciate their customers, and pride themselves on making sure you get the best cup of Joe. They won't give you the bottom of the barrel, and insist on making a fresh brew. EVERY. TIME. I apologize if this sounds like I'm just a prude or something. I am simply informing you that this could use some improvement with better management. The Starbucks in Safeway could be better. Until then, I'll be at Peets.

Literally this one girl ALWAYS without FAIL messes up my order. Todays date is 1/9/22 and it's currently 4:10pm so if you worked this shift, idk who hired you but reconsider lol

This place hasn't had consistent hours since that April 2021. I guess if they refuse to pay their workers a living wage then they cut their hours. Half the time I have to clean the bathrooms myself upon entering.

Never any cashiers working at night. 75% of the time I go in and get my items. When I get to the front as usual 1 cashier. This happens by 8 pm. It’s not that late. So I put my items back and go to Raleys. There always plenty of employees standing around complaining about working. Can’t one of them open up a register? I had wine and I could not use the self checkout. That’s where the employees hide

Do not link any bank cards to a Starbucks card, it can be hacked. I lost $170.00 due to someone using my debit card linked to my Starbucks card. When I called their number they seemed to care less and told me I had to deal with my bank. Not great customer service. I will no longer give them my business nor my company's business.
