Ok stress from issue at work? Mmm nah!As a kid Long Island NY.Deli's every where. Right. Meatball sandwich was the shhhhCalifornia now..Subway has replaced usurped removed.all the mom. N pop deli places..Sure a couple are still in business. You get the idea. So I get a meatball sandwich subway wanna be meatballs. Only now..it was. Ok the bread though was dried out on top and crunchySoft n mushy on the bottom.The meatball d and me were having a hard time what a mess. Next time I'm gonna skip lunch. zNO MORE SUBWAY FOR ME.

Don't go to the subway. If you have a choice to go to a different one they were running out of items. I asked them if they had more they said no all gone I went to the restroom came back and all the things that I wanted were filled back up not very good customer service. Won't be coming back to this one again.

We ordered footlong sandwich. Tuna salad, which was just okay. The roll was so dry and hard. Just watching the roll being cut I could tell it was pretty stale. I should have said something but I'm too wimpy, I guess. Then ordered 2 cookies. I have never rated asu way cookie that was so stale, hard as a rock and tasteless.HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

I have always chosen the one on McDowell, because the staffs always pack your Sandwitch nice and neat, evenly on the whole bread. They were not cheap like the one near by. Today I met the worst staff ever. I ordered the Boss, she forgot to put pepperoni on it. I had to remind her. Ordered the outlaw, she just "throw" in the Not -so~fresh lettuce and beef. My cucumber, tomato, jalapeño pepper really become outlaws. Just so messy in the Sandwitch. When I ask her for more lettuce, she didn't even try to pick it up properly, more like "salting the food . ". No enough lettuce and beef on both end I didn't even want to tell her to place more cucumber and tomato. I asked jalapeño on the side, but she just throw it in. Asked for extra vinegar on the side , she only pack one spoon of it.......... She didn't even cut the 3 sandwiches in half. After packing my order, before she rang up my order, she lost the patience with me, went straight to next customers and asked what they want, leaving me standing at the register. I serious don't think the young staff knows how to use English to communicate. Why! Where did all the great smily sweet staffs go?

My husband, son and I just had the weirdest interaction at this location. It was very poor communication. We weren't asked what bread we wanted and she seemed confused about if we were going to have one sandwich or two. She asked my husband if he wanted his sandwich toasted and then tried to toast mine as well (without asking). The cheese didn't cover the entire sandwich, leaving about an inch and a half between each slice, and she put two tomatoes and very few toppings on the entire foot long. Then when I asked for enough just to cover the sandwich, it was then the other extreme and it was PILED on. She didn't ask if we wanted any mayo, mustard, sauce, oil, vinegar, oil, pepper or salt. She started to close it up and I asked if we could put sauce on. Then I turned to my son and asked if he wanted honey mustard on our sandwich, and when I turned back, she had already put honey mustard on and closed it back up . I'm thinking maybe she was new because she called someone on speakerphone when ringing us up. I assume it was to figure out how to do it, but it was in Spanish so I'm not totally sure. All in all, very weird experience.Update: just started eating and the bread is at LEAST a day old. Super stale

I unfortunately just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. There was a younger woman with braces working who incorrectly made my sandwich. I ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch, and she packed it up and was ready to ring me out. I told the woman that I would like vegetables. She rolled her eyes, sighed and then proceeded to remake a new sandwich, this time correctly asking for my choice of vegetables. When I go to check out she says "so 2 sandwiches right?" I replied with no I dont want the original incorrect sandwich, I want the second one only. I was met with eye rolling, she was shaking her head in disbelief, sighing, and being incredibly rude. I have never given a bad review, but unfortunately I just felt that I had to this time around. I was being incredibly kind and understanding. Unfortunately this location has forever lost my business due to this encounter.

Zero stars!!!! If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. The hours are listed and every time we go there, it's closed. Lights all on. Open sign on. But no one inside. We go during the designated open business hours but that doesn't seem to mean anything to this business. The number to this business is disconnected. So don't bother calling. We went ahead to ordered our sandwiches online via app, already paid. Then got the notice that our food was ready but when we got there, doors were locked and no one in sight. We saw our sandwiches on the counter. Receipt attached. But no use when the whole store is closed up. Horrible horrible horrible.

Awkwarrrrrd.. I was holding back my disgust. I'm not sure if the young lady who attended us was new but she just looked so out of it. Usually its a pleasure watching them make your food but this girl could care less about placement. She started cutting the avocado and a price rolled up her arm and onto the sandwich she just picked it right up and took the skin off and placed it back on my sandwich. Gross. She kept putting odd and uneven amounts of ingredients and just overall made the food seem unappetizing. As you can see the skin of the avocado was left in my sandwich and the huge amount of mustard in my sandwich. Probably will steer clear of this one because that was rough
I ordered several times Meals without bread (Aka Protein Bowl) and every time I go pick it up they give me a sandwich.Once, the worker asked me to put Bowl and once she checked the ticket she realized she made a mistake. The same lady did the same mistake the following weekLook I know that they are getting enough money but errors like that affect my busy life time management and I would appreciate if there is a change

First walking in there were no other customers in the shop. The woman working the front seems like she wasn't present in the moment at all. Trying to get my order going was a disaster. I kept having to repeat "Flat Bread" and the woman kept pulling out lofts because she didn't know what the hell it was. Finally another older woman comes out and I repeated myself for the last time about the bread and it was finally found. Moving on to the meats and cheese the woman grabbed the bacon correctly but dropped raw uncooked bacon into the shredded cheese. After it was toasted she couldn't understand ANY of the condiments I wanted. At this point I was so frustrated I could scream. The older woman was working on my husband's sandwich and she didn't even bother to cut it (photo attached). Service was absolute Garbage and a health inspector should be coming to this store ASAP. Go in at your own risk. We will never eat at this subway again. The women working In there today should be fired immediately. If I could give this subway 0 stars I would. The ambiance is dismal.

honestly f**k this place, literally ordered a sandwich and it said it's ready and I went to pick it up and all the doors are locked with the lights off. it even says on their website that they are supposed to be open. already paid so i'm out money too. went a second time hoping that the employee was just on break but they are still closed with the open sign on.

Used this subway on Door Dash and they completely screwed up the order went to call them and there phone doesn't work! When people have diseases that limit you on what you can eat it's very sad people can't read an order and execute it. The picture is supposed to be a protein bowl!
