I just wanna start out the customer service was amazing. the lady at the window was extremely welcoming and very friendly. But I ordered some food which came out great very warm and Well made. The drinks on the other hand wasn't, I took a big sipped of my coke and it was very bland and very color oriented. I threw up immediately and opened the lid and saw this. Unfortunately I'm not able to go back to let them know due to personal issues. I just want the company to handle this and fix the machine. I know the workers had nothing to do with it so I'm not mad at them. The company should do better.

Was very appreciative of the 2 young ladies that took great care to make sure there was no salt on the fry tray or scoop. As can't have. I see on line where McDonalds employees say they just dump salted fries in the basket and heat up. This is why I come to BK as the employees care about their customers. I always say I will never be hungry enough to eat at that other place. So kudos to the 2 young ladies. They deserve a gold star. I get my favorite the mozzarella sticks and 50-50 fries.

I felt various 3-5 star, and it is hard to quantify. My last 2 visit were great. I think the owner and workers found a good team. The place is nice, clean, food is as any Burger King. Dont want to take star off for BK's burger, but you should aim to be Buger King.Back in 1990, BK was popping and hopping. In West Melbourne, Florida I used this as an investment club meeting. I think this location is great for a local meeting point. The space build out is large, and 4-5 people wont interfere with business operation. The children play center can use better lighting, maybe a string of LED lights around the etches will be good, and consume less power than that overhead sodium light.Free WiFi, plust a few club leader will change the flow of traffic quickly. This place has been bad since it opened. I took my kid in their when he was little. Food wasn't cooked and what was, was cold, Really dirty. Didnt want my kid playing in the play place. I never went back. It's been at least 20 years! Sounds like the haven't changed! Too bad. Zero stars. Manager and owner should be embarrassed!
