Service was great, waiter gave refills and checked in on us. However the food was mediocre and bland. Beef tacos were soggy and bland, Chile relleno was ok, as were enchiladas. Tamale had no red sauce or flavor within the meat. Rice was mushy and undercooked. Beans were definitely canned. I hate to leave a poor review but other customers need to know. (We might give another try in the future and order something different).

I went here for the first time and had ordered food to go. I asked for aguachille and when I got home to eat my food I noticed that all the shrimp still had the p*** intestine attached to it. I had to pull them all out and by then I lost my appetite and ended up throwing it away. I don't understand how you can just send that out knowing that it's still there. will never eat there or recommend anyone to eat here. I gave 2 stars only because the man who served us was so nice and so polite and made a good margarita.

We haven't been there in, well...... it's been too long. We went on a day trip and nothing sounded good until we were in the area and Hey, Mama Maria's? Yesss! Food and service was excellent as usual. Great atmosphere as well. ?

This was our 2nd time going here first time was amazing but the 2nd time wasnt we went for my birthday and after we ordered we were told they only had 1 chili rellano and it would be a hour til more were done we wanting to wait but for some reason they didnt want us to wait and we felt pushed into changing our order even though we wanted to wait because thats what we wanted very upsetting driving from apple valley for that and also we got the molcajete and it was so skimmpy this time around this birthday dinner was a bummer
