Food is not fresh most of the time without me having to ask them to make it special. I had the worst filet o fish sandwich in my life here. They need to not hold their food for so long. The fries are stale and only warm most of the time. Sometimes the fries are ok.

They take the cake on burning the burger buns. If you don't go during the lunch rush, the food is old. The burgers taste like they were made fresh and then reheated, most of the time the cheese isn't even melted. I've noticed some effort at change but this location is consistently off in some way or

I ordered a large iced coffee like I always without liquid sugar, just coffee and cream. They made it 3 times today and all 3 times it was sickeningly sweet. The girl at the register and a man both said they didn't put sugar in. So either they used sugar in the cream or they put it in the coffee. I have health issues where I can't have sugar and I am very disappointed I will not be able to get my coffee anymore
