As others have stated, the macaroons are good but delivery can be delayed. I have ordered few times from this company. Had an order delayed in delivery, received at 3 weeks. Most of them were stale (48 macaroons) by then, not sure what happened. Asked for replacement of order. They just tried to give me 12 free.

BUYER BEWARE: Worst business ever! Website misleadingly advertised “Holiday Special free 2-day shipping”. I placed order for Christmas gift on 21Dec23 anticipating the order would be delivered by no later than 24Dec23. WRONG! Seeing the order was not shipped within 2 days, I reached out to business. I was initially advised that the order was not filled and told the business was closed on Christmas and the day after. Complete surprise to me as the website listed business hours, which had been confirmed 2 weeks prior, as open 24hrs/day/7 days/week. I incorrectly believed that once the business re-opened after Christmas break the order would be filled; it was not! I reached out on 02Jan24 and advised that if the order was not shipped by the end of business I’d like the order cancelled. I was initially told to be patient and that the order would ship soon. I was also advised that per the website there is a ZERO return policy listed under facts and was provided with an explanation of this policy was because it takes 3 days to make the macaroons and they are a perishable product.When I insisted on cancellation of order if it could not be fulfilled by the end of business on 02Jan24, I was advised by Anthony Rosemond “Like I said, I’ll have it shipped today for you.” Of note, the business website delivery time is listed as “Between 1 business day to 7 business days.”On the evening of 02Jan24, a shipping label was created, but the order was NOT shipped. When I reached out to the business, I was told it takes the shipper 24-48 hours to update their shipping details. On 03Jan24, I saw that that order had still not been shipped and advised the business not to ship the order as I had placed charge for the order in dispute with my CC company. I advised Anthony that had no intention of paying for the order. Regardless, the order was ultimately shipped by the business on 09Jan24.This business obviously has zero respect or regard for their customers. HORRIBLE!

Customer service is lacking. I emailed and texted immediately after I placed an order and realized I had unintentionally ordered 2 gift boxes instead of one, and they told me there was nothing they could do once the order was placed. I asked if they could send the second box to me instead of my original gift recipient, since it will be weird to gift 2 boxes. I got no response. They also say you can text and add a gift message, which I did, and also have had no response. I now have to explain to my friend why he’s getting an over the top gift and I’m embarrassed.
Once again they did not disappoint. I ordered for my wedding and now for my 1st wedding anniversary. My husband loves the chocolate macarons. I just placed another order for a Thanksgiving dinner party. I love these guys.

I had the pleasure of trying these tasty treats. I had a unique random selection and every flavor popped. The texture of the cookie was so light not hard at all. Best desserts you can out in the desert. Will be ordering again real soon...like tomorrow good ???
