I just bought a ham and turkey sub sandwich. ? The bread was hard as a brick. It was also very dry. The bread was obviously not fresh...? The management is obviously trying 2 cut corners. ? At the customer's expense.

Not worth the money. We put everything in the Sandwich other than spinach and it looks no where like the pictures they put out. The last time we had to dig to find one little piece of bacon we had ordered extra. When we called them, the manager said they are told of how much meat they can put in the Sandwich. When I straight out asked him if this low quality Sandwich is what they want to put out as their best, he just said the same thing about being told how much they can put in. I like supporting our local shops, but we'll be going somewhere else.

It's a good subway shop. The people that work there are always friendly. Sometimes they do get a bit busy, what with there being only a total of 5 places to eat in phelan, but still a chill spot to relax an enjoy a bite.Parking: It's a large parking lot, there are multiple businesses in this shopping center. So there's plenty of space, now if people would only learn to drive right, we'd be good.
We got the Italian style foot longs, very good, ordered them online and picked up,was ready when I got there on time, delicious,will do it again.

Ice/soda machine has been out of order/not working properly since June 2022, I mean…REALLY??? If you can’t fix it, buy a new one!!! Too many employees working on 1 small order, when more customers are waiting…or working on on line orders while customers are waiting at counter…

Worst customer service EVER!!! GET YOUR SH*T straight really. You are employees so act like it. I placed an order online!, my husband went to pick up. It was under his name and everything!. They told him, we don't have an order for your name. So he called me and he asked if I did place the order, which I did I have screen shots! And I told him yes, I did. I ended up calling subway and talk to Nayeli and she said "If you can come and show us that the payment went through we will give you what your paid for" so oh Kay I said fine. I call my husband and I told him. 2 min pass and my husband is calling me telling me they said they will just give them a refund. My issue is, if you see that we have proof of the order!! Why not just say "I apologize I'll go head and make it" will not be ordering from this subway ever again. I work in customer service. This, this right here is not. Then about 4:00pm subway called me telling me "we got the order do you still want us to make it" like of course not. First telling us we didn't place the order and now you got the order -.- no thank you.
