Traveling through the area in the early am we stopped at this subway (on Phalan Blvd). The food was fine.. not outstanding, but good... and reasonably priced. So why take the time to do this review? One word... Windy W.Windy was a delight, most helpful, and went out of her way to help us with a personal matter. My experience of some 70+ years is this is rare and to be valued. I hope the owner reads this and does something nice for his exceptional employee!Bill OPS... We plan to return each time we travel through this area.

The lady was amazing but we got terrible food poisoning you guys need better health regulations they also dropped the pan on the floor and just put it back in the oven thing definitely contacting health inspector....

Bad service, the one who served us spent 20 minutes outside smoking and came in on the phone. She didn't wash her hands, she only put on gloves.

How ridiculous went there at 6pm the outside doors were unlocked but the inside ones were locked then a bloke yelled out we’re closed but website says 9pm pretty pathetic must’nt want to stay in business!

Can someone help me in understanding the hours for this subway? Seems like they close when they feel like. I came around 12-12:15 PM and was rudely told by a woman working there that she wasn’t making anymore sandwiches. The website says they close at 9 PM tho…

Seems to be a staff problem with the hours they get paid to work, compared to the hours they actually work. 11/08/2021 at 6:39pm a girl inside said they were closed already... what!!! Okay your hours outside say 9pm and online say 9pm. Did I miss something? Oh yeah I should have seen the homemade sign on a notebook paper you posted outside the door that said "closed".Corporate Subway, please fix the issue!

This place is always out of something, no one is ever at the counter, and can't get an online order right to save their life. As someone else said dyed red hair girl is terrible.

Specific review for the employee with RED hair. She has horrible customer service! We stop here every time we ride up the hill and every time she will tell us and other customers we have to wait 15 minutes before being served. For NO reason! We walked in today and again the same thing! She was literally making other customers' sandwiches and still said this to us. Seems like she purposely does this to avoid serving. Bread, produce, and condiments are fully stocked as well so what's the 15min wait for? Don't get me started on the attitude as well. Super rude and clearly hates her job.

First time at this location, will come again. On my second visit, it was very busy and there were two employees, and with 6 or more people in line, only one employee was able to make sandwiches, while the other stayed in the back, just washing dishes it seemed. As a result it took close to half an hour to get a sandwich, so I probably won't go back to this location.
