Ordered 2 bean burritos with extra cheese and extra red sauce. Was charged for extra cheese, but only got extra beans with no cheese or sauce. In the same order, I paid $5.99 for a cheesy Gordita crunch. What I received was a taco with Gordita crunch sauce. No cheesy Gordita on the crunch. I also paid for extra cheese on my nacho supreme….and nope. Not even a normal amount. Dry nachos. I added a photo of my ‘Gordita crunch’ with the receipt under photos. This Taco Bell likes to steal by accepting your payments for extras but consistently does NOT give those extras.

Wanted a quick bite to eat before running errands and it was a quick fix for both my wife & I. Enough to hold us over until dinner. Food was hot, tasty and a stomach stuffer that filled us both up. Service was great! The young lady who took our order was nice and smoked at my wife's jokes. All in all, a nice experience.
My Oder took 40min I ask for my Oder every 8min and they where ignoring me, I was about to go in there and make it my self I was getting really mad and I said *ayo where the f*** is my Oder I been waiting for 40min

Came here for lunch, told employee I was ready to order, got ignored. Got his attention again, and he tells another employee "hey, she's ready to order." Another employees family comes in and they're busy chit chatting. So far I'm still waiting for my food. Trash is overflowing and the Tables also are not wiped. They may be understaffed , but it's not very crowded in the dining area.Update: got my food, but the guy who took my order put the wrong receipt in, so I didn't think it was mine. He doesn't seem to care.

I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. These idiots gave me 2 chicken quesadillas and a 5 layer burrito with sour cream.... and the recipe says the correct order, so the idiots that assemble the 5 ingredients that they have in every type of food they sell don't know how to read a recipt.... I could have went to a restaurant for the prices they charge nowadays too.

Horrible customer service. Horrible food. I ordered hard shell tacos and I get home 2min away and my hard shell tacos were soggyMy fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was such a mess with the sauce covering most of the bun inside and outside. This is the afternoon crew 8pm. It makes me so upset wasting money and having to throw away my food. Or give it to the dogs. Corporate needs to check on their stores more often...
