I don't know why I keep giving this location a try. Placed a mobile order and still have to wait over 30 minutes for my 4 drinks to be ready. When we showed up to pickup, there was only 1 other person waiting.

Irecently visited Its Boba Time at The Collection near the movie theater. The setup is a walk-up counter with no indoor seating, so be prepared to wait in line on the sidewalk. Despite the unconventional setup, the service was quick and efficient. The cashier was polite and helpful, addressing all my questions. The boba had excellent flavor, and the variety of options was impressive. Plus, the rates were very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I honestly don't know how this establishment has only 3 stars. I don't normally order from here via delivery applications instead I go in person. The people who work here are friendly plus it is always sparkling clean. The owner is also nice. Everything from their smoothies to hot beverages is tasty. Except for the tiramisu I had it wasn't good. I'm glad this place exists near La Fitness.

This is my all-time favorite spot for boba! If you stop by, get the Peach Strawberry Fruit Tea, its sooo good! There's plenty of tables and chairs to sit inside & enjoy your drink. Customer service at this location has always been good as well. Couldn't recommend this store enough!

MANAGER STOP DELETING REVIEWS Great staff, horrible management. woman is very hostile when frustrated which seems to be a regular occurrence. Lack of respect for her employees & customers is exhibited as I've witnessed her snatch items out of the hands of staff members. This made me very uncomfortable so I can only imagine how these employees feel. Also the quality of ingredients has decreased noticeably because the manager is now aiming for much cheaper items which seems pretty shady. There's something going on because people should be evaluated and tested before taking on a business and this woman's approach is anything but professional.

I came to this location on 2/4, and before ordering I asked for the code to wash my hands but once I pressed the soap dispenser it broke and began to stick to my hands as if it had been super glued...I quickly began to get upset because what if this was my child who got super glued. I asked the girl by the register to call her manager/owner. The manager smiled while apologizing... I'm not sure if she was trying to save her money by not replacing it...she could've seriously harmed someone. I asked to see her food handler license and no one could provide it.
