Used the app to purchase my food. Kid at the drive thru throws hot sauce packets at me when I had my hand out to put them in my bag. I don't care if you are having a bad day. Don't take it out on the customers. Now I remember why I don't visit this location often. If they are not messing up your order, letting it sit on the counter to get cold or the kids that work there. I hope management reads this. You need to correct this attitude.

Went to dine in the lobby and found the employee told me they closed the lobby at 8pm. Never heard of a fast food lobby closing at 8pm when the hours on the door clearly stated the lobby closed at 10pm. Chicken taco had 0 chicken in it and almost no lettuce. Definitely will be driving further to the Santa Fe springs location telegraph instead from now on

The drive through service is terrible. The cashier yells at customers and claims to be the manager. Del taco is a customer service oriented place to eat . Customers do not need to be yelled at by cashiers. I have never received such awful customer service at a fast food restaurant.. I will take my money somewhere else...

Horrible sewer smell in the Pico Rivera store. Difficult to breathe the fowl odor. I visit Del Tacos up and down California. I would be embarrassed if I ran this place. The food on the tortilla or taco shell is scarce, barely a little beans, lettuce or cheese. A wisp of food.

I visited this location on Friday May 5th at approximately 7:45PM. The sign on the door says that the restaurant is open until 10:00PM but all the chairs were upside down on the tables like the place was closed. It looked deliberate like to fool customers who wanted to east inside into thinking that the restaurant was closed. Then when we walked up to place our order, the cashier immediately told us that our food was "To-Go only" because they were closed. We argued that we didn't want "To-Go" food, the sign on the door says 10:00PM, and the website says 1:00AM. The employee argued back that the signs were wrong, but eventually "allowed" us to eat inside the restaurant. When the other workers in the back heard this, they turned over to look at us visibly upset. When we received our food, the tacos were put together badly (2 of them cracked in half) with hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce inside (pictures attached). The soda from the dispensing machine didn't have any carbonation and the overall restaurant was dirty. Because the employees already looked annoyed, I didn't bother to complain. If I had said something, I knew the employees would argue back anyway. I never have any problems at other Del Tacos until I visit this one. I placed a review with the BBB (they have an "F Rating" and are not accredited), sent a message through their online portal (confirmation # 25985986) so that their owner is made aware, and I'll send a message to CEO John D. Cappasola, Jr. When employees begin to run a workplace to "their style," everyone suffers - companies, owners, and customers. Looking at other reviews and customer experiences, it's pretty obvious that I'm not the only one that's had service issues at this location.

I get crunchtadas at a variety of locations. This location in Pico Rivera is sloppy and barely covers the tortilla. Where are the beans that should be evenly spread? A whisper of lettuce and cheese! I would be embarrassed to be the Mgr of that location!

I was craving a burrito for breakfast and decided to stop here as I was driving in the area.Drive-thru service was great as a very friendly and helpful employee took my order. I ordered a green sauce egg and bean burrito w/ no cheese and a red sauce egg and bean burrito w/ no cheese. Both burritos were very tasty and fresh Total price for my two burritos and a bottle of OJ was $6.00 and change.

if I could add a option of zero stars I would give this location that because even before receiving our food for me and my wife the cashier had a lot attitude , she did not get the order correctly the "crispy shrimp burrito" shrimp was cold the burrito was loaded with the garlic Parmesan that made taste awful along with my wife getting the wrong shrimp tacos the workers there had such a bad attitude that we dont believe we'll return
