Very poor service today! The first young lady that greeted me and my daughter was kind. After asking if I’d be using cash, or card I told her it would be card and she directed me to the Kiosk. I was placing my order, but having a hard time locating the fruit juices. Another employee came out from the back and asked if I needed help. I told her that I did since I was having problems finding the juices. She said chances are I wouldn’t find them there. After that instead of helping me she accuses my little girl of taking a chocolate croissant. She said that she was watching us through the camera which I thought was odd to begin with and that she saw my daughter take a croissant. I told her she could check my daughter if she wanted to, but she said my daughter had probably already put it back. I don’t know who trained this employee, but as a person who manages a restaurant you never treat a customer that way. Customers are the reason why she even gets a paycheck. She left a horrible impression on my daughter and is lucky I unlike her do have manners Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but I would be ashamed if any of my employees treated a customer so poorly. Please someone retrain her and teach her better customer service skills.

I'm really into Golden boba lately and Ding tea does it well. I have visited several locations and they manage to be consistent with their milk tea and boba. It's always brewed to taste earthy and the black tea shines through. I LOVE the Golden boba it compliments the tea very well.This location has plenty of seating and cute decor. Service is typically speedy and I have never had a bad drink. Love the Golden boba very much the stand out

The service overall was horrible, the girl working today was extremely rude and disrespectful! The boba tea I got was disgusting! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

AWFUL experience all around. I was the only customer at the time of ordering and I waited 15 minutes till I finally spoke up. By then another woman and her daughter ordered and received their order before me. I asked for my order and the "owner" told me to be patient. Umm ok. THEN SHE TOLD ME NOT TO ROLL MY EYES AT HER. REAL PROFESSIONAL. This place is a joke. She also got another lady's order wrong, who had to go back to the store and was upset because she had been waiting. Place is a mess all around. Never received my drink after all that because I couldn't believe the way she was speaking to me so I've got a refund and left and will never be coming back and will be spreading the word about how terrible the "OWNER" is. Wish I could give zero stars.

I was so excited to see there was a Ding tea in Pico. It's in the Towne center- so it's in a prime location. I've been to this location twice so far when visiting my parents. It's probably the most spacious Ding tea I've been to- there are many tables available to sit or study. Each ding tea menu varies- this location does have a lot of different options of drinks, bowls, and snacks I usually go with Jasmine MT and adjust sweetness and creamer level because I prefer the tea to stand out- so far the taste of drinks haven't been consistent - the first time I visited this location the tea was perfectThis second time it lacked flavor- I was not able to taste the jasmine. It did not have the distinct ding tea Jasmine MT taste. It tasted like slightly watered down green tea, possibly it wasn't brewed long enough ? I got the plum lemon fruit juice for my fiancé and it just tasted like lemon juice with sugar, no taste of plum at all Both times I've been there, Ive seen one or two employees working at the register/making drinks, so service can get slow when busy. Otherwise, the customer service they have provided was great.
You need to train your associates to say hi to a approaching customer since you have no customer in the store you should appreciate who comes in. I went in she completely ignored me stand there still nothing... than i left without purchasing anything thankfully there is a Starbucks next to you.

With a craving for some lychee milk tea, I decided to visit this Ding Tea to get some. The location is in a shopping complex, with minimal seating if you want to drink at the shop. There is a varied selection of milk tea, but there's not as much variety compared to some other milk tea shops. The drink that I got, lychee milk tea was very flavorful! It tasted a lot like lychee with this boba making a sweet addition to the milk tea. A fair amount of ice is added, but not too much as to water the drink down as it melts. The only negative is that a small charge will be added for credit cards, so come with cash to get the best price. Overall, you will enjoy a great milk tea here at a good price!

Sign on door said no boba… there was Boba. We asked for boba in our drinks recd drinks w no boba! So had to wait again to remake correct drinks. Service slow & the gal at register was not friendly. The guy who made the drinks had a problem sealing the drinks. He just kept telling us to shake the drink. Was not worth the wait or money.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would but then I would not be able to leave a Review. This place is terrible. Bad customer service the staff didnt bother to take my order. I had to order on the touch screen with No help. They didnt bother to ask if i needed help. I wanted my drink with Boba didnt get it with boba in the end because apparently I had to click on a different section to add it on. I was not aware of this once again No help at all. I was not pleased with their service. Never going back.
