This review is specifically for the service. Cute little place, but I came right before closing by a few minutes. I grabbed a small bread then asked for a champurrado. Right away, the gal worker said , "no we are closed." I then asked nicely, even for just 1 drink? And she said no, yet still rung me up for my bread, which was frustrating. Totally fine if I came after closing, but it was just plain rude. I don't plan to come back.

I've been to a few locations and this one is really nice. Cons: entrance is not convenient. I parked in front of Chuck E' Cheese's and had to go around. Overhyped and overpriced. Mini conchas are $1.10 each when regular bakeries sell them for less than $1.00. Coffee is ok. Mexican hot chocolate is wayy too spicy (cinammon) and sweet. I tried using a reward but it only works online. Pros: cute place, trendy. I got a cake for someone who loves that place but wouldn't go back unless someone requests it.

This place is great! Has a wide selection of coffees, drinks, juices, pastries, and even cakes. The staff is always kind and accommodating. They even offer free samples to try from for the cakes!! The pastries are always excellent and fresh. The champurrado is a must. So many flavors and the authenticity is there! I love this spot!

Their matcha had a good amount of horchata leaving a pleasant savory taste. As for the croissant, each bite revealed a great balance, it was not too sweet and not too buttery.Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere, delectable creations, and attentive staff makes it a perfect choice to have your baked goods. I really enjoyed the soy chorizo burrito. I was a bit smaller than I expected but it was delicious for a quick breakfast. It also came with salsa verde. I love the vibes inside the store, it's beautiful and colorful. The service was fast as well.

I ordered my coffee a specific way, but it's not the same since a guy named Gustavo was there, he was super friendly and super helpful. He understood the assignment and the way I wanted my coffee and I haven't seen him in a while but he had amazing customer service loved the way he made the coffee and the fact he understood instructions these new employees lack on performance and standards

The various cakes and pastries are delicious. My problem with this location is the customer service. A few months ago we placed an online order for a plate of 2 specific styles of cookies and an order of pan de Muertos. When we arrived they did not have our order ready. They said they can't do our order of cookies because they only do it one way. If that's the case then why do we have that option online? And the order of pan de Muertos had to be done last minute because they sold our order to a walk in customer ahead of us. We let that incident slide and recently ordered a guava cake and a large rosca for a birthday party 3 days in advance. When we arrived to pick up our order, there were no cakes in the bakery. They told us they didn't have the cake, which was obvious, and didn't offer up any explanation. They didn't even have the courtesy to call earlier in the day to let us know they didn't have our cake. They said all they could do was to give us a refund. Well of course you're going to give us a refund. The cashier, Guiliana, who was helping us was very rude. She couldn't look us in the eye. She tried giving us a medium size rosca when we ordered a large and she said with attitude, "your receipt says meduim" which was a lie, we quickly pulled out the reciept and showed another employee where it says large. The other employee, I don't know his name, and told Guiliana to hand us the large. My whole thing is, if you messed up someone's order try and make it right somehow. Let's say we had ordered a medium rosca, then to make up for the error why wouldn't you give us a large instead. Why are you antagonistic with us the customers?
