Being transparent they got my order wrong but without a Matthew the manager night shift there's a happy ending to the story. Express how they got my order wrong tonight as well as 30 express my frustration in this being the 3rd time in a row in the last 4 days I went to McDonald's and they got oder wrong. Anywho I truly was not satisfied with this McDonald's which was my favorite Lowkey. Well I thoroughly expressed my opinion to Matthew night shift supervisor who was more than willing and ready to remedy this mishap. His final and thoughtful decision was to replace my entire order and accommodated me an extremely hot crisp and delicious strawberrys and creme pie which I owe so enjoyed and was greatly appreciative of. People wonderful customer service at this McDonald's.

No one from the team. Not even the teamleader or manager tries to Acknowledge costumers walking in. No greeting. And over a 10 min wait to be even looked at and just met with an annoyed stare. Corporate really needs to look into costumer service in this store. This happened Sat/Jan/27 at around 1:30 pm.

Ghetto employees, will fight you for asking for extra condiments !!All the morning employees are extremely rude and ghetto. They will literally ignore you and provide no customer service , no matter how much you spend. They never get your order right. This location should really consider hiring new employees. Maybe people with more education or at least basic morals..So disappointed with this Mc Donald's. The location also has a bunch of homeless people hanging inside , and all employees allow that.

I went here to eat with my pal. We were in the mood for some chicken mcnuggets, the food was perfect and tasty. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would definitely and will go back. The triple cheeseburger has become my favorite after the double cheeseburger. Make sure you use the McDonald's app, it has coupons and rewards, I just learned that yesterday when I went.

Is this a cheeseburger? Where are the pickles and onions?!Then, they have a sign outside that says out of disney 100 toys but the cashier says they have them? She lied and said it was Mickey,itwasn't, I opened the happy meal and see that they put the stich plush! They did exchange it for the disney 100 toy but it wasn't mickey and the attitudey dude at the window!Ugh!
