I love to come to a fast food and get it as quickly as I can. Today here at this Cane's service was excellent, no waiting time to get in or food. Our cashier was attentive and nice I was around 11:30. Forget other Cane's and visit this.
The service here lately has been very slow. It takes forever to get your food, and the employees are all over the place. Business doesn’t seem to have much structure here. Coming to canes I typically get serviced very quickly, and I can eat and leave. Now I’m waiting 30-40 minutes for my food? That’s unacceptable.

Tried to give this place one more chance as we were near the area. Unfortunately it was disappointing. Drive thru again, long wait time. They got our order wrong and in a few combos didn't even give us our Texas toast. The amount of fries we received per box was underwhelming. In the 6 combos we ordered each was less than a palm full of fries and chicken size have changed to more of a nugget size. Not worth the $80+ we spent.
Says they close at 3:30 a.m. on the site and google, showed up at 3:20 a.m. and apparently it was closed with customers still inside the building so great.

The atmosphere is lively and vivid. The food is kinda sad though. They tend to get your order ready pretty quickly which is good. The chicken is hot which is also good, but the breading doesn't coat all the tenders, so you have some parts of discolored cooked chicken. The cane sauce is there to mask the fact that the tenders don't already have enough flavor. The fries also don't retain much of their crispiness. Really, the star of the show is the Dr. Pepper! I notice the device used to insert your card doesn't work properly as you have to force inject your card so that it can be approved. Some empty tables are still dirty.
