Parking is available around the area. It is very convenient to buy food nearby and take something home with you. I prefer eating there because it tastes better and is more economical than fast food in restaurants. Children love to eat. I like to eat chicken and pork. Compared with other fast food restaurants, it saves money.

myself and my cousin came in this morning around 8:30-9 am. the cashier inside was extremely rude. beginning her greeting with "what do you want" and then cutting me off during my order "what do you want in it" i've never felt so rushed being at this location however the cashier whom was wearing glasses could use a better attitude when it comes to customers. i understand being in a rush can be stressful at times however to address a customer in this manner is sad. do better.

I am a frequent visitor to Starbucks, and my go-to order is usually a latte. Unfortunately, my latest experience at the drive-through was far from satisfactory. The latte I received was only filled to about 70% of the cup. It's quite disappointing, especially considering the premium price Starbucks charges. Moreover, the drive-through service, usually known for its convenience and efficiency, fell short this time. There was no opportunity to address this issue on the spot without causing a delay on my trip. As a loyal customer, I expect a certain standard of quality and service from Starbucks, which was not met.

Worst Starbucks, worst manager, everyone with attitude specially the girl that is the manager. It is nice that they work on a Thanksgiving day however they should not be there if they are not happy with what they do. She literally made me wait at the cashier while she had so many people working there. Just fyi they always mess up orders as well. So sad that we see these types of attitudes in this community! There is a reason for 2 stars for this location!

I come to this Starbucks all the time on my lunch break and they always do an amazing job and I never have to wait long. My drink is always prepared correctly and everyone is friendly and kind especially Nikki, she's always so helpful and attentive.

I have been here a few times, and only when the manager is there are the orders done correctly. Today I had to varify if they were making my order correctly, which they were not. She then proceeded to say this coffee is usually made hot. Once I got my order, I got a Cold white chocolate without the mocha. Was not going to argue, took my drink and left. The previous customer also had her drink made wrong. Upsetting! Headed out to another Starbucks.

This Starbucks always messes up. The girl handing out orders was rude and when I told her that they jumped my order she yelled over her shoulder to wait they're busy. I clearly saw them move this white womans 4 drinks before my 2 drinks. When I went to speak up she said here are your drinks freshly made "I understand". I took a sip and my hot drink was cold. There's no use in asking for it to be remade, it would have taken another 20 minutes for a "hot" drink. I get Starbucks is big and they could care less but I hope this makes it to higher ups.

Yesterday November 5th, my husband and I did some shopping at the Target in Pico Rivera, once done with our shopping we had a craving for a Starbucks, and as it being a Sunday we realized that there was a lime but we figured with 4 barristers there it should be quick. Far from it, these guys and girls did the worst job. They would start one order leave it for a long time, start another order and bearly remembered about past orders. The barristers would continue to spill drinks, the stations to create the drinks was utterly a mess, when I placed my order which was a venti caramel frap two shots and a grande strawberry aci. Once order was received I told them my name Connie for both drinks. They said it will be done soon. From order time to receiving drinks was a half hour, when I finally received my caramel frap they gave the wrong name and the drink wax far from resembling anything that a caramel frap should, no caramel drizzle, no shots. When I enquired if this was my drink I was told, " yeah, I guess, " and I waited for my strawberry acid, said nothing at the time because I saw a strawberry like drink that was about to be prepped, was in a shaker, needed tge lemonade, but it sat there, after 5 minutes of the drink still sitting there with no one doing anything o said to them where is ny drink? They told me that they didn't have ut because the guy at the register didn't put it in, even questioning if I ordered it, the guy at the register remembered and it too an additional 8 minutes to get my drink. Never again will I get anything from this Starbucks location. I've told all my friends and family this as well.
