I wanted a place with a bathroom and cold drinks, I decided on Uno Tea House bc I saw their sign for Mondays to Thursdays between 12pm to 4pm, all regular sized teas & milk teas (16-20oz) are $3. There are also signs that states all drinks are 20% off.I ordered a boba milk tea at half sweet, which including taxes cost $5 bc boba as a topping costs extra. The tea taste was pretty faint & plain, and the boba was a bit too soft which would be fine if the drink made up for it but it didn't. Their cups are the wider shorter type, so they don't fit in most drink holders.The atmosphere felt grim, with large amounts of drink supplies like plastic drink cups, drink covers, & boba straws being sold on the side. The digital ordering machine out of order. The bathroom was out of order. The employee told me there was no free wifi despite the sticker outside saying such. There were 2 long tables & 1 small table for seating, but the chairs were uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. Maybe next time I'll go to La Monarca which is nearby.Uno Tea House didn't feel like an open, fresh, carefree cafe I'd see myself coming back to, since there's so many cafes that are much better for the same prices.

I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so my go to drink is the Brown sugar Milk Tea w/ honey Boba, easy ice. If you go Monday- Thursday between 12pm- 4pm you get a 20% discount. My drink size small comes out to $3, add 50 cents for boba plus tax = $3.86! The service is great. And their Boba Fett mascot is super cute.

Love this place. Good flavors. My favorite is the taro milk tea, which I find hard to find at a lot of boba shops. Workers are nice. I appreciate all the discounts they offer! The Boba Fett theme is a nice touch.

I'm sure that the reason for the tea being watered down was due to how busy the location was at the time. I will try coming in on a weekday to confirm. I ordered 3 32oz teas, one black milk tea, one matcha green tea and one strawberry milk tea. All but the match green tea were super watered down. The location was super busy but I feel that online orders were priority because they were cranking outs drinks quickly but putting them aside.

Decided to try Uno after some years, with a 20% off promotion for all up as of March 2023. I got their large Thai tea with boba. They have a kiosk to order and it was easy to use the machine. Prices are clear, with tax added after you finish your order. The Thai tea tasted fine, though you can tell that creamer was used instead of whole milk. The boba was nice and chewy, with the drink prepared quickly. I did ask for light ice though it felt like there was still a good amount of ice present. Overall, Uno has improved compared to their past and I will keep coming back, especially if that 20℅ discount stays!
