Always a great meal with wonderful customer service.Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the time, the handicap parking is open every once in a while, someone in the spot, or blocking it without a placard. It's very frustrating.
You've been to 1 in n out you've been to them all. My only complaint, especially as neurodivergent is how loud it is with all the noise that has to go on with them prepping/making food and calling out orders. Nothing that can be helped, or solved with just taking it to go, or eating it outside. The food is usually excellent, but this particular day, the fried were undercooked. I would have taken them back, but we went in the drive-thru, and we were from out of town. So we were unable to eat them.Next time I'll say crispy please!
